Objective:To investigate the work fatigue, main work stressors and sleep quality of obstetric nurses, and to explore the correlation between maternal nurses' sleep quality, work stressors and fatigue, and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods:A total of 214 in-service obstetric nurses from all the top three general hospitals in Nanchang were selected for general information and work using the general survey form, the nurse work stress source scale, the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale and the fatigue rating scale.Stressors, sleep quality and fatigue.Descriptive analysis,t-test,analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and mediation effect analysis were performed using SPSS19.0 software. The path of action was verified by AMOS23.0 software to explore the sleep quality of obstetric nurses at work. The mediating effect between pressure source and fatigue.Results:1.The average score of fatigue of obstetric nurses was 4.67+1.04.The scores of each factor from high to low were fatigue results5.91+1.76,fatigue response4.99+1.65,environmental specificity of fatigue 4.93+1.07,fatigue severity4.66+1.34.The average score of maternal nurses' work stress was 2.41+0.60.The rankings of each dimension are from high to low for nursing major and work 2.57+0.66,workload and time allocation 2.55+0.73,patient care 2.45+0.68,working environment and resources 2.38+0.89,management and interpersonal relationships 2.15+0.83.The average score of sleep quality of obstetric nurses was 8.31+4.08,and the total score of PSQI >7 was 120,accounting for 56.1%.The scores of each dimension from high to low were daytime dysfunction 1.72+0.97,sleep time 1.67+1.00,sleep duration1.43+0.94,sleep disturbance 1.40+0.72,subjective sleep quality 1.37+0.83,sleep efficiency 0.59+0.65,hypnotic medication 0.14+0.54.2.The fatigue scores were statistically significant in the demographic variables such as age, working years, education, graduation major, marital status, fertility status, night shift number(P<0.05);work stress scores in age, working years, graduation majors Demographic variables such as marital status, maternity status, labor and personnel relations, and night shifts were statistically significant(P<0.05);sleep quality scores were in demographics, graduation majors, marital status, birth status, night shifts, etc. The difference in the variables was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.There was a significant correlation between fatigue factors, sleep quality factors, and nurses' work stressors.4.Regression analysis showed that graduation majors, sleep disorders, marital status, and daytime dysfunction were predictors of fatigue severity.Daytime dysfunction, marital status, workload, and time allocation were predictors of fatigue-specificity,management and interpersonal relationships.Relationship, subjective sleep quality, job title, years of work, predictors of fatigue outcomes, work environment and resources, nursing profession and work, daytime dysfunction, job title, working years, parental status, hypnotics are fatigue to rest and sleep The predictor of the reaction.5.The quality of sleep has a partial mediating effect between the work stress source and fatigue of obstetric nurses. The total effect of work stress source on fatigue is 0.373,the mediating effect is 0.160,and the mediation effect of sleep quality accounts for 42.95% of the total effect of work stress source on fatigue.Conclusions:1.The working pressure of the obstetric nurses in this group is at a moderate stress level, the quality of sleep is poor, and the fatigue condition is more serious.2.The age, working years, education, graduation major, marriage and childbearing status, and night shift number of social demographic characteristics have certain influence on the fatigue status of obstetric nurses;age, working years, graduation major, marriage and parenthood, labor and personnel relations,The number of night shifts has a certain impact on the total work pressure of obstetric nurses;duties, graduation majors, marriage and parental status, and night shifts have acertain impact on the quality of sleep of obstetric nurses.3.Obstetric nurses have significant correlations between work stressors, sleep quality and fatigue.4.The work stress source and sleep quality of obstetric nurses have a direct predictive effect on fatigue. The work stressors of obstetric nurses can also affect work burnout indirectly through sleep quality, and sleep quality plays a partial intermediary role.Relieving the fatigue of obstetric nurses can start from reducing work stress and improving sleep quality.
