Objective: To investigate the sleep quality of our hospital’s technical personnels and analyze the demographic characteristics,working conditions and living habits on the quality of the medical staff sleep,found the main influence factors,combined with the results of the analysis,discuss how to improve the sleep quality and expect to have some provide reference on other hospitals.Methods: Make the hospital medical staff to department as the unit of random sampling,a random sample of 60% line medical personnel,including physicians,nurse,technician and so on.Through the design related questionnaire(general data questionnaire,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index-PSQI,moss lacquer work fatigue scale)to understand the present stage in our medical staff sleep quality,analysis the influencing factors on the quality of the medical staff sleep,put forward recommendations on hospital medical personnel to improve sleep quality.Results: We make the survey questionnaire of 550 and take back 526.The recovery rate of 95.63%,the effective questionnaire 516,percent of pass is 98.10%.Statistical results show that different gender,different age groups,different positions,different qualifications,health technicians,sleep quality differences(P<0.01);At the same time,the different frequency shift and rotation week work ten hours or more days in our medical and health technical personnel affect Morpheus quality,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).Affect our health technicians work fatigue are the main factors of work without a sense of accomplishment(ranked first)respectively,work coldness(second),emotional fatigue feeling(3);Age,gender,position,diet,exercise,weekly work 10 hours or more days of medical technical personnel job burnout influence does not have statistical significance(P>0.01),and identity(military/civilian),family income,family residential area,marital status,education level,rotary shift in our medicaland health technical personnel job burnout influence have statistical significance,the more significant difference(P<0.01).Pearson work fatigue and sleep quality analysis shows that the basic positive correlation between emotional fatigue and sleep quality,correlation without statistical significance(P>0.05);Work the coldness and negatively correlated with sleep quality,sleep quality in addition to sleep in the time and work of the coldness of correlation was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the rest were not statistically significant(P > 0.05);Positive correlation between sleep quality and no working achievement,and the correlations were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1)In the survey population health technology is different factors,different degree of sleep disorders,in parts of the adult higher level of sleep disorders.From the perspective of the average of measured each factor,subjective sleep quality the highest average score,other times in turn is a sleep disorder,sleep time,sleep quality,daytime dysfunction,sleep time,etc;2)Affect our health and technical personnel of the main factors of sleep quality with gender,age,position,education level,different rotation frequency shift work ten hours or more days per weeks;3)Affect our health technicians work fatigue are the main factors of work without a sense of accomplishment(ranked first)respectively,work coldness(second),emotional fatigue feeling(3);Identity(military/civilian),family income,family residential area,marital status,education level,rotary shift in our medical and health technical personnel job burnout influence have statistical significance,the more significant difference(P<0.01);4)Sleep quality and fatigue,no working achievement was a positive correlation,coldness with work negatively.
