| Objective:Guided by the knowledge of TCM physique and personality psychology,this paper makes a questionnaire survey on female college students of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese medicine to understand their physique type distribution,personality type characteristics and dysmenorrhea situation,and tries to explore the correlation among them,in order to give constructive suggestions to female college students with dysmenorrhea symptoms from two aspects of physical intervention and psychological guidance.Help it relieve pain.At the same time,from the point of view of prevention,to the female college students without the symptoms of dysmenorrhea to popularize physical conditioning program and menstrual mental health knowledge,and strive to improve the physical and mental health of female college students.Methods:Using cluster sampling method,from April 2018 to June,203 20~29岁Female college students were issued with questionnaires including general situation questionnaire,TCM physique Classification and judgment table,Eisenke Personality questionnaire and Dysmenorrhea questionnaire,and cross-sectional field investigation was carried out.Using Excel bidirectional input data of valid questionnaire,the SPSS25.0 software package(Chinese version)is used to analyze the relevant data statistically.Results : 1.The physical distribution of 197 Female college students: peaceful quality accounted for 21.83%,biased physique accounted for 78.17%.The largest number of Yang deficiency,accounting for 33% of the total.Single physique accounted for 43.15%,and clip physique accounted for 56.85%,to clip two to four kinds of physique is more common.2.Distribution of personality types of 197 Female college students: E scale(47.81±11.86),P scale(48.63±10.64),N scale(50.59±9.56),L scale(44.32±9.41).In the internal and external aspects: most girls(42.13%)belong to the intermediate type.In terms of mental quality: The majority of girls(80.71%)are within the normal range.In terms of neuroticism: most girls(50.76%)belong to the intermediate type.In terms of concealment: the vast majority of female students(91.88%)belong to a low-disguised personality.3.Dysmenorrhea in 197 Female college students: The incidence of dysmenorrheawas 53.3%.The degree of dysmenorrhea is mainly light and moderate dysmenorrhea,accounting for 98.98%.The time of Dysmenorrhea attack was mainly in menstruation,accounting for 73.33%.4.The relationship between physique type and personality characteristics: there was no significant difference in the scores of female college students with different physique in spiritual quality and camouflage dimension(p>0.05).In the internal and external dimensions,Qi deficiency,blood stasis,gas depression,Yang deficiency is introverted;phlegm dampness,hot and humid quality is outward-looking.In the neurotic dimension,the blood stasis,the peaceful quality is stable type,the gas depression,the Qi deficiency quality is unstable type.5.The relationship between physique type and dysmenorrhea situation: there were statistically significant differences in the distribution of peaceful quality,Qi Deficiency,Yang deficiency and gas depression among female students without dysmenorrhea(p<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of Yin deficiency,phlegm dampness,hot and humid,blood stasis and p>0.05.6.The relationship between personality characteristics and dysmenorrhea: The relationship between female students without dysmenorrhea and introverted and typical stable personality is close,the relationship between female dysmenorrhea and inclined spirit type and mental quality is close,and the relationship between mild dysmenorrhea girls and typical outward-looking and stable personality is close;The relationship between girls with moderate dysmenorrhea and internal and external intermediate type and typical unstable personality is close.Conclusion : From the current situation of the investigation: female college students overall physical condition is poor,to biased physique mainly,Yang deficiency quality accounted for the highest.Personality characteristics are generally good,more optimistic.The incidence of dysmenorrhea is high,and the degree of dysmenorrhea is mainly light and moderate.There are differences in the internal and external and neurotic dimensions of female college students with different physique types,and there are differences in the occurrence of dysmenorrhea among female college students withdifferent physique types.There were differences in some personality characteristics among female college students without dysmenorrhea and dysmenorrhea and different levels of dysmenorrhea. |
