| 【Objective】To explore the distribution of TCM physique and five-state personality,sex hormone levels and their correlations in PCOS patients,try to use the mind and body as the starting point on the basis of TCM physique conditioning,to broaden the ideas and provide basis for the prevention and treatment of the disease.【Method】The general data(age,native place,BMI,menstrual history,history of pregnancy and childbirth),serum sex hormones and gynecological B-ultrasound examination reports of PCOS patients who visited the gynecological clinic of Sichuan Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2019 to January 2021 were collected by epidemiological methods.The acne score and Hairiness score were conducted to them.And they would be guided to fill in the TCM body mass scale and five state personality test.Epi Data3.1(Chinese version)software was used for data entry,and spss25.0 software was used for data analysis.【Results】1.A total of 156 effective cases were collected in this study,the age range was19-35 years old,of which 96 cases were 22-28 years old,accounting for 61.54%;79cases(50.64%)had normal BMI;152 cases(97.44%)had technical secondary school education or above;The age of menarche is mostly between 12 and 14 years old,accounting for 85.26%;132 cases(84.61%)had delayed menstrual cycle.2.Among 156 PCOS patients,97.4% were biased constitution,and the majority were mixed constitution,while only 18(11.5%)were single biased constitution.The first three constitutions were Qi-deficiency type(78.2%),Qi deficiency type(58.3%)and Qi-depression type(57.1%).According to the single constitution judgment,the cases of Damp-heat type are the most,followed by Yang-deficiency type and Qidepression type.3.Qi-deficiency type was positively correlated with the number of pregnancies(P < 0.05)and LH level(P < 0.005);Phlegm-wet type was negatively correlated with low body weight(P < 0.05),and positively correlated with E2 level(P<0.005).Blood-stasis type was positively correlated with pregnancy frequency(P <0.05)and E2 level(P < 0.005);damp-heat type was negatively correlated with menarche age(P < 0.05);Yin-deficiency type was negatively correlated with menarche age(P < 0.01),positively correlated with nationality(P < 0.05),and positively correlated with LH level(P < 0.001);There was a positive correlation between Qi-depression type and E2 level(P < 0.005);There was a negative correlation between Yang-deficiency type and low body weight(P < 0.01);Special diathesis type was positively correlated with the number of pregnancies(P < 0.005)and the level of P(P < 0.05).4.Gentleness type was negatively correlated with Shaoyang personality(r =-0.222,P = 0.005)and Shaoyin personality(r =-0.260,P = 0.001);Qi-deficiency type was negatively correlated with Taiyang personality(r =-0.260,P = 0.001),negatively correlated with Shaoyang personality(r =-0.207,P = 0.010),and positively correlated with Taiyin personality(r = 0.531,P = 0.000);Yang-deficiency type was negatively correlated with Shaoyang personality(r =-0.197,P = 0.014),and positively correlated with Taiyin personality(r = 0.300,P = 0.000);There was a negative correlation between Yin-deficiency type and Taiyang personality(r =-0.228,P = 0.004),a negative correlation between Yin-deficiency type and Yin and Yang balanced personality(r =-0.210,P = 0.009),and a positive correlation between Yin-deficiency type and Taiyin personality(r = 0.324,P = 0.000);There was a negative correlation between phlegm dampness and Taiyang personality(r =-0.292,P = 0.000),and a positive correlation between Phlegm-wet type and Taiyin personality(r = 0.352,P = 0.000);There was a negative correlation between dampheat type and Taiyin personality(r =-0.249,P = 0.002);Blood-stasis type was negatively correlated with Taiyang personality(r =-0.196,P = 0.014),negatively correlated with Shaoyang personality(r =-0.169,P = 0.035),and positively correlated with Taiyin personality(r = 0.298,P = 0.000);There was a negative correlation between Qi-depression type and Taiyang personality(r =-0.224,P =0.005),a negative correlation with Shaoyang personality(r =-0.214,P = 0.007),a negative correlation with Yin and Yang balanced personality(r =-0.295,P = 0.000),and a positive correlation with Taiyin personality(r = 0.605,P = 0.000);There was a negative correlation between pecial diathesis type and Taiyang personality(r =-0.172,P = 0.032),and a positive correlation between pecial diathesis type and Taiyin personality(r = 0.182,P = 0.023).5.Comparing the five-state personality of 156 PCOS patients with the national female norm,the scores of the Taiyin dimension were high,and the scores of other dimensions were low,and there was a significant difference(P<0.001).【Conclusion】1.Among 156 PCOS patients,97.4% were biased constitution,and the main constitution was mixed constitution.According to the cumulative frequency of constitution,the first three constitutions were damp heat type(78.2%),Qi-deficiency type(58.3%)and Qi-depression type(57.1%).2.There was a positive correlation between TCM Constitution and sex hormone level: Qi-deficiency type and Yin-deficiency type were positively correlated with LH level(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),phlegm-wet type,blood-stasis type and Qi-depression type were positively correlated with E2 level(P < 0.005).Special diathesis type was positively correlated with P level(P < 0.05).3.There was a certain correlation between physique of TCM and five-state personality in 156 PCOS patients.4.The five-state personality of PCOS patients has higher scores on Taiying dimension than the national female norm,and lower scores on other dimensions,suggesting that the Taiyin personality may be the susceptible personality of PCOS. |
