Summary Of Professor Ren Jixue's Experience In Treating Chronic Renal Failure Based On Data Mining Method

Objective: By collecting,sorting out and data analyzing the medical records of Professor Ren Jixue in treating chronic renal failure,using data mining method,the clinical experience and the rule of medication of Professor Ren Jixue in the treatment of chronic renal failure were summarized,and the clinical experience of professor Ren Jixue in treating chronic renal failure was summarized.The results will be displayed in the form of data and network maps to better inherit the academic ideas of Professor Ren Jixue and apply them to clinical practice.Methods: To collect the follow-up notes and records of professor Ren Jixue from2002 to 2005,to sort out the prescription of professor Ren Jixue in treating chronic renal failure,and to use the data mining system of traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Assistance platform(v2.5).Through the analysis of the group,we can get the law of the group and the combination of the new side.According to the statistics of medical records,the syndrome,medicine and sexual taste were found frequently,and the characteristics of the prescription used by Professor Ren Jixue in treating chronic renal failure were summarized.Results: 1.A total of 10 syndromes were obtained,with a total frequency of 610,of which deficiency of spleen and kidney yang was the most frequent,a total of 212,accounting for 34.75% of the total frequency,and wet turbid syndrome was the most frequent,accounting for 9.18% of the total frequency.2.A total of 209 Chinese herbal medicines were recorded in this study,128 of which were used in frequency ? 6,and 19 were analyzed with the drugs of frequency less than 90,followed by vinegar oysters,kumbo,rhubarb,cardamom,Angelica sinensis,ginger and bamboo juctus,loquat leaves,aconite,and Nine incense.Qing Pinellia,Astragalus membranaceus,Atractylodes Amomum,Dilong,Achyranthes bidentata,Poria cocos,Radix Rehmanniae,Morinda,Eucommia ulmoides.3.According to Professor Ren Jixue's analysis of "four qi statistics","five tastestatistics" and "regurgitation statistics" for all 400 prescriptions for chronic renal failure,we can see that professor Ren Jixue's treatment of chronic renal failure is dominated by warming drugs,followed by cold drugs.With pingping medicine,hot medicine,cold medicine products;Gan,Xin,bitter taste-based,salty,sour,astringent medicine followed by kidney,spleen,liver,stomach,lung meridian,followed by heart,large intestine,gall,pericardium,bladder,small intestine,triple Jiao meridian.4.Through cluster analysis of 209 herbs in 400 prescriptions,the patterns and rules of drug use were analyzed,including 18 herbs,namely Kunbu,vinegar oysters,rhubarb,earth Poria cocos,salvia miltiorrhiza,nine incense insects,loquat leaves,and Pinellia ternata.White nutmeg,Poria,Angelica,ginger bamboo,Achyranthes bidentata,Amomum,Dragon,Astragalus,Aconitum.5.Based on entropy clustering of complex systems,20 association analysis combinations are obtained.6.Eight drug associations were obtained by association analysis network diagram.Conclusion: Professor Ren Jixue mainly used warm medicine,followed by cold medicine,supplemented with calming medicine,hot medicine and herbal medicine,and the five flavors were mainly sweet,Xin,bitter,salty,sour and astringent.The main meridians were kidney,spleen,liver,stomach and lung meridians,followed by heart,large intestine,gallbladder,pericardium,bladder,small intestine and Sanjiao meridians.Treatment to remove dampness and turbid as the most important,accompanied by the product of removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals.In this study,the collection of cases is limited,and based on the data mining method,the experience of Professor Ren Jixue in the treatment of chronic renal failure is summarized,and the computer software also has some limitations in summing up the experience of famous old traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,only for Professor Ren Jixue in the treatment of chronic renal failure.The characteristics of chronic renal failure are briefly summarized,which provides clinical reference for later doctors in the treatment of chronic renal failure.
