Based On The Data Mining Method To Explore The Clinical Prescription And Medication Rules Of Professor Ma Jin In The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure

Purpose:Through the method of data mining,this paper summarizes professor ma jin’s clinical thought and prescription medication in the treatment of chronic renal failure,so as to explore professor ma jin’s clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas and medication experience in the treatment of chronic renal failure,and lay the foundation for better inheriting and developing professor ma jin’s academic thought.Method:In this study,patients with stage CKD 3 ～ 5who were treated in the outpatient department of Professor Ma Jin in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2019.09.01-2020.12.31 were collected,and eligible patients were screened according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Microsoft Office Excel 2007 was used to establish the Excel database of Professor Ma Jin’s cases of chronic renal failure.IBM SPSS Statistics 25 was used to analyze the frequency of gender,age and CKD stage in the general data.Using statistical software IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0,Apriori algorithm was selected to analyze the association rules of high-frequency medicinal materials in this study.Results:1.A total of 103 cases were recorded in this study.Male patients were slightly higher than female patients,with the highest prevalence rate between 56 and 75 years old,and the largest number of patients with stage CKD 3 came to the clinic.2.In this study,there were 17 traditional Chinese medicines whose frequency of use was ≥40.00%,in order: Salvia miltiorrhiza,tangerine peel,white straw root,peilan orchid,patchouli,Radix Achylosis Radix,Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocoing,Lycium wolfberry,Rhubarb,Amorum sanguinus,Ligusticum chuanticum,Radix Pseudo Radix Radix,Radix Scutellariae Radix,Pinellia tuber,Poria cocoing,Atractylodes Atractylodes.3.There are a total of 17 drugs in this study,and the 11 drugs with the highest frequency of use are in order: drugs for tonifying deficiency,drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,drugs for clearing heat,drugs for reducing dampness,drugs for promoting water and moistening dampness,drugs for stopping bleeding,drugs for reducing phlegm,drugs for regulating qi,drugs for reducing liver Yang,and drugs for reducing astringency.4.Apriori algorithm was used to analyze the association rules of 103 prescriptions,and 31 drug association items with strong correlation were obtained.Conclusion:1.Etiology and pathogenesis: Professor Ma Jin believes that chronic renal failure is usually a syndrome characterized by deficiency of the spleen and kidney and deficiency of the spleen and kidney,or deficiency of both Qi and Yin,while deficiency of the kidney is characterized by blood stasis,dampness,heat and toxicity.2.Treatment: Professor Ma Jin believes that in the early stage of chronic renal failure,it should help the healthy qi,soften and remove blood stasis;In the middle of chronic renal failure,when the organs to relieve turbidity,help the healthy qi;In the late stage of chronic renal failure,it is necessary to discharge turbid and detoxify,clear heat and cool blood.3.Recipe: The core components of TCM used by Professor Ma Jin in the treatment of chronic renal failure are: Salvia miltiorrhiza,Tangerine peel,Radix Pachyrhizae,Perilum orchid,Pogostemon patchouli,Radix Achyranthes Radix,Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos,Fructus wolfberry,Rhubarb,Amosum kernels,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Radix Pseudositiorrhiza Radix,Radix Sutellariae Radix,Pinellia fumigata,Radix Atractylodes Atractylodes.
