Summary Of Professor Ba Yuanming's Experience In Treating Chronic Renal Failure In Early And Middle Stages Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective:This study used data mining method to retrospectively study the prescription medication of Professor Ba Yuanming in treating chronic renal failure.It excavated the core prescription,common medicines,compatibility rules and clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking of Professor Ba Yuanming in treating chronic renal failure.It provided certain reference and basis for clinical prescription medication and research of TCM in treating chronic renal failure,and inherited and studied the experience of famous and old TCM.To provide objective basis.Methods:Through collecting,sorting out and screening the cases diagnosed as chronic renal failure in Professor Ba Yuanming's outpatient clinic from December 2017 to December 2018,this paper makes the template of Professor Ba Yuanming's medical record entry for chronic renal failure,and arranges the grouping of postgraduate students,so as to introduce the structured electronic medical record system that meets the inclusion criteria.Relevant data are extracted and summarized after the input is completed.Using ancient and modern medical case cloud platform(V1.5.7)tostandardize the data information extracted,and establish a database.Frequency analysis was used to rank the frequency of drug use,the frequency of four scents and five flavors,the frequency of clinical manifestations,the frequency of tongue pulse,etc.Using the method of correlation analysis,we explore the drugs closely related in the prescription,and obtain the combination of commonly used drugs for CRF by Professor Ba Yuanming.Using hierarchical clustering analysis method,the compatibility rules of common drugs and core drug pairs in the data were analyzed,and the common clinical manifestations were analyzed by clustering analysis,and the frequently concurrent clinical manifestations were obtained.Results:A total of 358 patients,207 males(57.82%)and 151females(42.18%)were included in the final medical records.Among them,the youngest is 20 years old and the oldest is 89 years old.Professor Ba Yuanming's treatment of chronic renal failure involves 176 Chinese medicines.The first 19 medicines with the highest frequency are: Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos,Phellodendron amurense,Codonopsis pilosula,Dioscorea nipponica,Radix Rehmanniae,Rehmanniae,Radix Rehmanniae,Cornus officinalis,Fritillariae,Alisma,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Snow in June and Asparagus.Greater than 30%.Through the analysis of the frequency of four Qis,it is concluded that Professor Ba Yuanming's medicines for CRF are mainly warm drugs,cold drugs and peaceful drugs;Professor Ba Yuanming's medicines for CRF are mainly Ganbu,accompanied by Kuxie and Xinsan;Professor Ba Yuanming's medicines for chronic renal failure are attribution-based through the analysis of the frequency of meridian attribution.Taiyin SpleenMeridian,Hand Taiyin Lung Meridian and Foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian are the main manifestations of Professor Ba's thought of treating chronic renal failure with differentiation and treatment of triple energies.Through the analysis of the frequency of clinical manifestations,it shows that the main clinical manifestations of chronic renal failure are frequent nocturia,low back pain,inadequate sleep,fatigue and fatigue.Through the analysis of tongue pulse frequency,it was found that the patients with chronic renal failure mainly had reddish tongue and thin white fur,with crimson tongue and fine pulse.Through the analysis of association rules,72 pairs of drug combinations with strong correlation were obtained and "rule analysis" was carried out.Hierarchical cluster analysis was used to analyze 48 drugs with more than 100 usage frequencies.Four drug combinations and 11 core drug pairs were obtained.Hierarchical clustering analysis was carried out on 15 kinds of symptoms which were higher than 100 frequency of usage.Clinically,CRF patients often had skin itching,dizziness and edema,and joint pain,chills,cold limbs and waist and knees were often seen.Conclusion:The data mining results of this study basically reflect Professor Ba Yuanming's academic thought on the treatment of early and mid-term chronic renal failure and the differentiation and treatment of triple energies.
