Backgrounds:Chronic renal failure(CRF)is caused by the progressive development of chronic kidney disease and progressive deterioration of renal function.It may be asymptomatic or atypical at an early stage.As the disease progresses,various metabolic disorder syndromes appear.This is the continuous development of various kidney diseases.The final outcome has many complications and poor prognosis.With the development of science and technology,improvement of living standards,and popularization of physical examination items,the detection rate of chronic renal failure continues to increase.Western medicine is mainly based on symptomatic treatment.Because of lack of effective measures to curb the progress of the disease,it can only be treated by renal replacement therapy.Chinese medicine has accumulated much experience in the diagnosis and treatment of CRF.It has gradually developed and improved from ancient times to modern times.There is a certain degree of clinical advantage.Professor Lyu Renhe has been engaged in the clinical work of kidney disease for more than 50 years.He has formed distinctive academic ideas and unique treatment characteristics in the diagnosis and treatment of CRF,with significant clinical effects.Therefore,summing up its experience is far-reaching.With the gradual accumulation of the experience of old and famous Chinese medicine practitioners,traditional comprehension-based learning methods can no longer meet the needs.Therefore,it is imperative to apply data mining techniques to the experience of famous Chinese medicine practitioners.Objective:Systematicly collect and arrange Professor Lyu Renhe’s medical treatment cases for CRF.Use data mining techniques to analyze it and find out what Professor Lyu has hidden in the CRF’s etiology,disease location,pathogenesis,syndromes,symptoms,treatment,prescriptions,stages,etc.and dig deeper into its relevance and medication compatibility law.Explore its "six ways for relative symptoms" and the methods of the treatment of the CRF,to fully understand and master the experience of Professor Lyu’s treatment of CRF,so as to effectively inherit and carry forward,and improve clinical efficacy.Methods:Collect the complete medical records of 73 cases of CRF patients who were treated in the outpatient department of Professor Lyu Renhe from June 2015 to June 2017,and apply the "Chinese medicine case database system" to analyse the cause,disease location,pathogenesis,syndrome,symptoms,Statutes,prescriptions,staging,etc.for statistical and related analysis.Apply"Chinese Medicine Intelligent Prescription Analysis System" to analyze and compare the relative doses,drug properties,drug taste,menstrual flow,efficacy,and symptom rearrangement of typical cases.Find out the relationship between syndromes,symptoms,staging and prescriptions,and compatibility between medicines;explore the thinking and prescription medication rules of Professor Lyu Renhe on CRF’s different stages,and sum up the clinical experience of Professor Lyu Renhe in the treatment of CRF.Results:The CRF medical records of 166 consultations are included in a "group case"statistical analysis,including 99 males and 67 females;63 cases of renal insufficiency compensatory stage,58 cases of renal insufficiency decompensated stage,17 cases of renal failure stage,7 cases of uremic stage;there were a total of 79 primary disease diagnoses;there were 30 cases of renal biopsy pathology diagnosis;the first three etiologys are chronically ill,exogenously six
