Based On Data Mining, Professor Yuanfang's Medication Characteristic Analysis For Chronic Renal Failure

Purpose:This study intends to use data mining methods to analyze Professor Yuan Fang's Prescriptions for the treatment of chronic renal failure(CRF)in order to explore medication experience and clinical thinking of Professor Yuan Fang's treatment of CRF,and to provide some references for the clinical medicines,and to provide the basis for the inheritance and promotion of the reputable and experienced herbalists' academic thought.Material and method:This paper collected 57 cases of Yuanfang's outpatient records,sorted out 312 prescriptions,entered medical records and prescription information into Excel to establish a database,and regulated the names of the drug treatment.This paper applied the frequency analysis method of SPSS 18.0 and SPSS 20.0 to analyze the name,classification,medicine property,pharmaceutical taste and meridian of the medicine for the treatment of CRF,and preliminarily found the high-frequency medicine.This paper discovered core medicine Portfolio for the treatment of CRF by applying cluster analysis and correlation analysis to the high-frequency medicine.The medication rules and academic thinking of Professor Yuan Fang's treatment of CRF was analyzed by synthesizing data results.Results:186 kinds of medicine for Professor Yuan Fang's treatment of CRF were calculated.16 kinds of commonly used medicine include Atractylodes Macrocephala,Astragalus membranaceus,Perrin,Dogwood,Pseudostellaria,radix,patchouli,rhubarb,shen,Bai cardamom,banxia,tangerine Peel,Chuanxiong,Salvia miltiorrhiza,bovine knee and Poria Cocos.The treatment of CRF consists of tonic medicine(replenishing qi medicine,replenishing yang medicine,replenishing yin medicine,replenishing blood medicine),heat-clearing medicine,Moisturizing medicine,blood circulation medicine and Diuresis osmotic medicine.Medicinalproperties mainly include sweet(slightly sweet),bit(slightly bit),spicy,mild(slightly mild).Spleen Meridian is the most,Lung Meridian is second,and the next is Liver Meridian,Gastric Meridian and Kidney Meridian.The results of Cluster analysis indicates that commonly used medicine includes Atractylodes Macrocephala,Astragalus membranaceus,Pseudostellaria,Perrin,Cornus officinalis,patchouli,dried,white cardamom,banxia,tangerine Peel,Chuanxiong,Salvia miltiorrhiza,rhubarb,bovine knee,earthworm,Leech,endothelium Corneum,six Divine Comedy and Yam.Conclusion:1.Basic prescriptions of Professor Yuan Fang's treatment of CRF is Atractylodes Macrocephala,Astragalus membranaceus,red,Dogwood,Pseudostellaria,Perrin,Patchouli,rhubarb,red,white cardamom,banxia,tangerine Peel,Chuanxiong,Salvia miltiorrhiza,bovine knee,Poria Cocos.2.Through the analysis of data mining results,better reflects the professor Yuan Fang mainly in earth Yishen Xiezhuo Huayu Fu Qi,dispelling real hex,drug characteristics and academic thought essence to San Jiao adjusting qi method in the treatment of chronic renal failure.
