ObjectiveExplore massage for Knee osteoarthritis (Knee osteoarthritis, KOA) for the treatment of clinical curative effect, and Knee flexion dysfunction as the main symptom of KOA flexion and methods of detailed study, clear status and value of flexion and technique in the treatment of the disease, to promote the massage treatment, and provide the optimal treatment technique to provide powerful basis.MethodsThis study collected from Guangdong province public security department outpatient and martyrs east of Guangzhou university of TCM clinic in accordance with the research design for a total of60patients with knee osteoarthritis. There were60cases in total, and randomly split into two groups of30. On the basis of massage therapy, the experimental group use stretching and flexing manipulation to treat of knee joint and the control group by drawing method to treat knee joint. The clinical therapeutic effect was assessed by the KOOS Index before and after treatment. Then statistically analyzed all result data with Spss19.0software, in which the measurement data were used on t-test; ranked data were analyzed with Ridit analysis, and the enumeration data were analyzed with Chi-Squared test to observe whether there were differences of both treatment results.Results1. Two groups before and after treatment in patients with knee joint independent unbend angle, buckling angle comparative differences were statistically significant in the group(P<0.05);After treatment compare the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.01).2. The two groups after treatment KOOS scale total score were both higher than before, compare the difference was statistically significant within two groups(P<0.05);After treatment comparative differences between groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).3. In the two groups after treatment the KOOS assessment dimension score were both higher than before, after treatment comparative differences were statistically significant within two groups (P<0.05); To improve the symptoms of pain, and stiffness dimensions, daily activity function dimensions, after treatment comparison difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.01). In sports entertainment function dimension and the dimension of quality of life in comparing differences between two groups after treatment group has no statistical significance(P>0.05).4. Observation group in the treatment of KOA symptoms overall effective rate was100%, control group effective rate was96.67%.ConclusionTwo methods in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis joint flexion dysfunction aspects have curative effect, flexion and extension (observation group) curative effect is better than pulling method (control group); In terms of overall improve knee osteoarthritis clinical symptoms in the two groups have curative effect, the pain in dimension, symptoms and stiffness dimension, daily activity function dimension, flexion and extensions method is better than pulling method, in the sports entertainment function dimension and quality of life dimension, two groups of treatment efficacy was similar Method that flexion and extension in the aspect of improving joint flexion dysfunction has strong pertinence treatment and high clinical application value.
