BackgroundHypertension is the most common and multi-complication chronic disease in China, the most common is cardio-cerebrovascular system.Because of its disease characteristics, patients are prone to negative psychology, these bad psychological conditions at the same time will aggravate the development of the disease, some studies have shown that the better resilience of patients, the stronger the confidence in the face of difficulties, domestic and foreign research shows that resilience, social support and self-efficacy are interrelated. This study mainly discusses the status quo of social support,self-efficacy and resilience of hypertensive patients, and provides a theoretical basis for medical staff to develop intervention measures for resilience of hypertensive patients.ObjectiveTo investigate the current situation of social support,self-efficacy and psychological elasticity in patients with essential hypertension,to analyze the influencing factors of psychological elasticity in patients with hypertension and its correlation with social support and self-efficacy,and to further analyze the mediating effect of self-efficacy between social support and psychological elasticity. It provides reference for psychological elasticity intervention in patients with hypertension in the later stage.MethodsFrom May 2018 to February 2019,410 patients with essential hypertension in Community were selected as the research object. The present situation of psychological elasticity, social support and self-efficacy of patients with essential hypertension was investigated by using General data questionnaire, psychological elasticity scale, social support rating scale and general self-efficacy scale, and SPSS 24.0 software was used to analyze the data statistically. The average level of socio-demographic characteristics, social support,self-efficacy and psychological elasticity of patients with essential hypertension was selected by the composition ratio(%),mean((?)),standard deviation(s)and frequency.Differences in socio-demographic characteristics of social support,self-efficacy and psychological elasticity in patients with essential hypertension The method of two independent sample T test and variance analysis was used. The correlation between social support,self-efficacy and psychological elasticity in patients with essential hypertension was based on Pearson correlation analysis. The degree of psychological elasticity variability in patients with essential hypertension was analyzed by multivariate stepwise regression analysis. The mediating effect of self-efficacy between social support and psychological elasticity was tested by Bootstrap intermediary test in AMOS 24.0 software,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results1.The total score of social support for patients with essential hypertension is(50.93±7.83),the score of each dimension is as follows: The objective support dimension is(15.59±3.87),the subjective support dimension is(27.54±4.09),and the Support dimension is(8.30±2.23)divided.The psychological elasticity is(68.86±15.11),in which the score of each dimension is as follows: The tenacity dimension is(36.41±9.01),the self-improvement dimension is(21.96±4.68),and the optimistic dimension is(10.50±2.25).Self-efficacy is(28.88±6.14)points.2.The results of single factor analysis showed that the psychological elasticity of patients with essential hypertension under 30 years of age was higher than that in patients with 31-40 years old,41-50 years old,51-60 years old,61 years old and above, and the psychological elasticity of patients with essential hypertension in Han nationality was higher than that of patients with essential hypertension. The psychological elasticity of primary hypertension patients is higher than that of junior middle school, secondary school, college, undergraduate and above, and the psychological elasticity level of married essential hypertension patients is higher than that of unmarried, divorced and widowed patients, the above 4 variables are statistically significant for the psychological elasticity of patients with essential hypertension(P<0.05).3.There was a positive correlation between social support and psychological elasticity in patients with essential hypertension(r=0.49,P<0.01),positive correlation between self-efficacy and psychological elasticity(r=0.85,P<0.01),and positive correlation between social support and self-efficacy(r=0.47,P<0.01).The results of multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that subjective support, support utilization, social support and self-efficacy entered the regression model, and the above 4 independent variables could explain 76.7% of the total psychological elasticity variation of patients with essential hypertension.4.Self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role in social support and psychological elasticity, with the intermediary effect accounting for 65% of the total effect.Conclusion1.Age,ethnicity,educational level and marital status are the main influencing factors of psychological elasticity in patients with essential hypertension. The psychological elasticity of patients with essential hypertension is at a moderate level, social support is at a high level, and self-efficacy is at a moderate level.2.There is a positive correlation between social support,self-efficacy and psychological elasticity in patients with essential hypertension,in which social support, subjective support, support utilization and self-efficacy are significant predictors of psychological elasticity.Self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role in social support and psychological elasticity.
