Objective:To investigate the resilience level,the status of social support and sleep quality among disabled elderly in long-term care facility.To analyze the influencing factors of sleep quality of disabled elderly,and discuss the relationship between resilience,social support and sleep quality.It provides theoretical basis for formulating effective psychological intervention measures for psychological counseling of disabled elderly,and seeks for ways and means to improve the mental health and sleep quality of disabled elderly from the perspective of positive psychology.Methods:In this study,convenience sampling method was used to investigate 180 disabled elderly who met standards in four long-term care facilities in four districts of Shenyang.The survey tool uses a self-developed general data questionnaire,a connor-davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),a social support rating scale(SSRS),and a pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI).Excel software was used to establish the database and to record the data,and then SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis and processing of the data.Descriptive statistical analysis was applied to the general data,sleep quality,social support and resilience of disabled elderly in long-term care facilities,the counting data is expressed by frequency and percentage,and the measurement data is expressed byX±S;The impact of general data on sleep quality of disabled elderly in long-term care facilities was analyzed by t test or one-way analysis of variance,Logistic regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis of sleep quality;The correlation between resilience,social support and sleep quality was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results:1.The score of sleep quality among disabled elderly in long-term care facilities was(8.87±4.30),and 42.2% of the elderly suffer from different degrees of sleep quality decline,and their overall sleep quality was at a medium to low level.2.Univariate analysis of sleep quality of disabled elderly in long-term care facilities showed that the 8 factors had statistically significant effects on sleep quality(P<0.05).There were significant differences in sleep quality among different genders,ages,marital status,pre-retirement occupation,residence,monthly family income,health status,and participation in sports(P < 0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,pre-retirement occupation,monthly family income and participation in sports were included in the regression equation of sleep quality of disabled elderly in pension service institutions,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.The score of resilience was(65.44±14.08).The scores of the three dimensions from high to low were: tenacity,self-improvement and optimism.4.The score of social support was(27.16±6.49),and the scores of the three dimensions from high to low were: subjective support,support utilization degree and objective support.5.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of resilience of the disabled elderly in long-term care facilities was significantly negatively correlated with the total score of sleep quality(r=-0.165,P<0.05).The total score of social support was significantly negatively correlated with the total score of sleep quality(r=-0.404,P<0.01).The total score of social support was significantly positively correlated with the total score of resilience(r=0.203,P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The sleep quality of the disabled elderly in long-term care facilities is low,which is mainly reflected by poor subjective sleep quality,prolonged sleep latency,shortened sleep time and reduced sleep efficiency.2.The demographic factors affecting the sleep quality in long-term care facilities include different genders,ages,marital status,pre-retirement occupations,living conditions,family monthly income,health status,and participation in sports.3.The social support level of the disabled elderly in long-term care facilities is low,and social support is negatively correlated with sleep quality,that is,the higher the social support level,the lower the sleep quality score,the better the sleep quality.4.The resilience of the disabled elderly in long-term care facilities is at a medium level,and there is a significant negative correlation between resilience and sleep quality,that is,the higher the level of resilience,the lower the score of sleep quality,the better the sleep quality.5.There is a significant positive correlation between social support and resilience of the disabled elderly in long-term care facilities,that is,the higher the level of social support,the higher the score of resilience,the better the resilience.
