resilience scale(CD-RISC)and the social support(SSRS)scale and the simple coping style scale(SCSQ),SPSS19.0 software was used to carry out statistical analysis of the data. The analysis of single factor survival was carried out by means of variance analysis, and the analysis methods of t test, correlation analysis and multiple regression were carried out.To provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive treatment and nursing of laryngeal cancer patients in the future clinical nursing work.Results:1.Results of qualitative research: Qualitative research is to understand the interviewees' illness experience and the perception process of the disease through the interview,so as to better understand the psychological state of the patients. The patients with good mental resilience have multifaceted. It comes mainly from the physical trauma caused by the operation, the worries about all kinds of support, and the spiritual factors.2.Results of quantitative research: the comprehensive score of psychological resilience of patients with laryngeal carcinoma is(54.57±13.54),scores of each dimension are:toughness(28.02±7.43),self-improvement(18.18±5.01),optimism(8.05±2.65);social support score is(33.74±6.64),scores of each dimension are:objective support(20.49±4.77),subjective support(7.34±2.01),utilization of support(5.91±1.78);The two dimensions of simple coping style were positive coping(1.48 + + 0.43)and negative coping(1.38 + 0.33).3.Single factor analysis of variance and t test show that religious belief, family residence, marital status, family per capita income, educational level, and presence of complications, disease stage, surgical procedure, with or without radiotherapy, surgery stage, patients personality effects on mental flexibility difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Pearson correlation analysis indicates that:The total score of social support and psychological elasticity were positively correlated with each dimension.(P <0.01).correlation coefficients are r=0.45,0.40,0.17,0.37 respectively. The positivecoping style was positively correlated with the total score of mental resilience and the various dimensions, and the negative coping was negatively correlated with the total score of mental resilience and the various dimensions.correlation coefficients are r=0.69,-0.39 respectively.5.Multiple regression analysis indicates that:The factor that goes into the regression equation. It is an important factor that affects the resilience of the patients, namely, the surgical method, the degree of culture, the acceptance of radiotherapy, postoperative functional exercise, subjective support, positive coping and negative coping.Conclusions:1.The mental resilience level of patients with laryngeal cancer is generally low,and the majority of patients have different psychological problems, such as anxiety and depression, through interviews with patients. The causes of psychological elasticity of patients are the physical trauma caused by the operation, and the anxiety and mental factors of all kinds of support.2.Patients with laryngeal cancer were affected by various factors, and the level of mental resilience was low, then they had to be divided into(54.57 + 13.54).3.The influencing factors of postoperative patients with laryngeal cancer psychological elastic have surgery way, culture degree, accepting radiotherapy, postoperative function exercise,in the clinical nursing work should be actively pay attention to psychological elastic status of postoperative patients with laryngeal cancer, especially in the low degree of culture,in patients undergoing radiotherapy, less postoperative functional exercise.4.The psychological resilience level of patients after laryngeal cancer is positively correlated with the subjective support and coping style in social support, which is negatively correlated with the negative response in coping style. And encourage patients to adopt appropriate coping styles such as optimism and initiative to cope with unfavorable situations;in addition, encourage the public to pay close attention to patients with laryngeal cancer and strengthen support for laryngeal cancer
