Objective:To explore the related factors of sudden deafness and provide reference for clinical prevention and treatmentMethod:1.We selected 317 sudden deafness patients, including 157 males(169 ears)and 160 females(169 ears),who were hospitalized within 2 weeks of onset, and 120 patients with normal hearing during the same period, including 64 males and 56 females From January 2015 to January 2018.2.We collected the clinical data of sudden deafness patients and the situation within 2 weeks before onset, including gender, age, onset time, side of the ear, accompanying symptoms(tinnitus, vertigo, ear tightness),sleep status(poor,normal),hyperlipidemia,diabetes,hypertension,psycho-psychological factors, epilepsy history, smoking and alcohol addiction, anemia and so on.The data of the control group were the same as those of the sudden deafness group.3.According to the diagnostic criteria of sudden deafness in 2015,the classification of sudden deafness includes "low frequency descending type, high frequency descending type, flat descending type and total deafness type",and the classification of curative effect includes "cured, marked, effective and ineffective".4.Standardized treatment should be carried out according to the treatment plan recommended by the guidelines for different types of sudden deafness.5.SPSS 16.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data, calculate the efficiency and composition ratio of clinical data, and use Chi-Square test for statistical analysis, with P < 0.05 as the difference has statistical significance.Result:In this study, the male-to-female ratio of sudden deafness was 0.98:1.the incidence of sudden deafness was mostly in young and middle-aged people aged 21-60 years(274,86.44%).the incidence of sudden deafness was higher when the seasons changed and the temperature changed suddenly.sudden deafness was more common in flat decline type(53.00%,168/317)and total deafness type(35.02%,111/317),and its proportion increased with age.there was no significant difference in prognosis between tinnitus and tightness groups(P > 0.05).the prognosis of deafness in vertigo group had significant difference(P < 0.05).hypertension,diabetes mellitus, hypertension, epilepsy history, sleep status and psychological factors were the high risk factors of sudden deafness, which had significant difference compared with the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:the incidence of sudden deafness is associated with a variety of factors, such as young, seasonal, and so on.It is very important for clinical diagnosis and prognosis to see the characteristics of the disease.
