Objective:This study collected the general information and disease-related information of patients with sudden deafness in Anhui Province by questionnaire survey,and analyzed and summarized the regular characteristics between TCM constitution type and syndrome differentiation,hearing curve type,degree of hearing loss,duration of disease and other factors of patients with sudden deafness in Anhui Province,as well as the related influencing factors(such as gender,age)before the onset of sudden deafness Age,bad mood,diet and sleep,basic diseases,season,etc.),abnormal related examination and accompanying diseases.From the perspective of TCM Constitution,this paper explores the occurrence and development of sudden deafness,and provides theoretical basis for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of sudden deafness in Anhui Province.Method:From December 2019 to November 2020,300 patients with sudden deafness in the study group and 300 healthy people in the control group in the Department of Otolaryngology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese Medicine were investigated by questionnaire.The general condition questionnaire of sudden deafness(see Tab 1)and the constitution classification and judgment Tab of traditional Chinese medicine[1-2](see Tab 2)were collected.Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and Professor Wang Qi’s"nine points method of TCM Constitution",the constitution types and disease syndrome types were judged."TCM Constitution nine points method"[1-2]divides constitution types into mild constitution and biased constitution(Qi deficiency,qi depression,Yang deficiency,yin deficiency,damp heat,special nature,blood stasis,phlegm dampness),in which mild constitution is normal constitution.The collected results were processed and input to SPSS 21.0 software for statistical analysis.The characteristics of physical type of sudden deafness patients in Anhui area were obtained.The related factors of sudden deafness incidence and prognosis and the correlation with physical type were analyzed and summarized.Result:1.Comparing the sex and age ratio of the study group and the control group,by Χ2 test there was no significant difference between the two groups.In the study group,141cases were male,accounting for 47%;159 cases were female,accounting for 53%.In the study group,the age range of 41-50 years old accounted for the largest proportion,accounting for 24%(72 cases),the age range of 61 years old and above accounted for20.3%(61 cases),the age range of 51-60 years old accounted for 19.7%(59 cases),the age range of 31-40 years old accounted for 16.7%(50 cases),the age range of 19-30years old accounted for 16%(48 cases),and the age range of 18 years old and below accounted for 3.3%(10 cases).The incidence rate of unilateral ear was 77%(231 cases),and the incidence rate of left ear was 52.33%.The incidence of sudden deafness was high in summer(June to August),accounting for 26.1%.Two groups of sleep,bad mood byc2test,P<0.05,shows that there is statistical difference,OR>1,shows that sudden deafness risk factors.There was no significant difference in diet habits and basic diseases(P>0.05).2.By binary logistic regression analysis,the P values of hemorheology,blood lipid,blood glucose and brain MRI of the two groups were all<0.05,and the OR values of blood lipid,blood glucose and brain MRI were>1,indicating that they were risk factors of the disease.And the HJB P value of brain MRI in the study group was<0.001,with significant difference.3.The physical distribution characteristics of sudden deafness in Anhui Province:the physical distribution mainly includes blood stasis,Yang deficiency and qi stagnation.By binary logistic regression analysis,blood stasis,Yang deficiency,qi stagnation and peaceful quality P<0.05,with statistical difference.According to regression coefficient and OR>1,blood stasis,Yang deficiency and qi stagnation are risk factors of sudden deafness,and peaceful quality OR<0 is protective factor of sudden deafness.4.The distribution of TCM Constitution in different hearing curve types of sudden deafness patients in Anhui Province:the rising type(low frequency hearing loss)mainly consists of blood stasis,qi depression and yang deficiency;the descending type(high frequency hearing loss)is mainly Qi Yu quality,damp heat quality and yin deficiency quality;flat type(total frequency decline)is mainly blood stasis;the most common type of hearing loss is blood stasis Yang deficiency and qi depression.5.The distribution of TCM Constitution of sudden deafness patients with different degrees of hearing loss in Anhui Province:mild hearing loss is mainly due to Yang deficiency and Qi deficiency,with no significant difference in other constitutions;moderate hearing loss is mainly due to blood stasis and dampness heat,with no significant difference in other constitutions;moderate and severe hearing loss is mainly due to qi stagnation and dampness heat,with no significant difference in other constitutions;severe hearing loss is mainly due to blood stasis and dampness heat,with no significant difference in other constitutions There was no significant difference in blood stasis,Yang deficiency and other constitutions;the most severe hearing loss was qi stagnation and blood stasis,and there was no significant difference in other constitutions.6.The distribution of TCM Constitution of sudden deafness patients with different duration in Anhui:most of the patients with Qi deficiency and yang deficiency had a duration of less than 1 week,while most of the patients with blood stasis,damp heat and yang deficiency had a duration of more than 2 weeks.7.The distribution of TCM Constitution in different syndrome differentiation types of sudden deafness patients in Anhui Province:among all the physical types,qi stagnation and blood stasis accounted for the most.In kidney essence deficiency syndrome and spleen stomach weakness syndrome,Yang Deficiency Syndrome accounted for the most.8.The influencing factors of prognosis and curative effect:the gender,eating habits,sleep condition,bad mood,combined with basic diseases,duration of disease,hearing curve type of patients with sudden deafness were byc2tested in turn.The results showed that except gender P>0.05,the other results were P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Risk factors of sudden deafness in Anhui:age,sleep status,bad mood,season,blood lipid,blood glucose,HJB.The highest incidence rate was in the 41-50 year old age group,the incidence rate of unilateral left ear was high,sleep disturbance or sleep quality was poor,depression and anxiety,summer or temperature difference,blood viscosity high,hyperlipidemia,hyperglycemia and HJB were all risk factors for sudden hearing loss.There was no significant correlation between the incidence of sudden deafness and gender,coagulation,whether accompanied with basic diseases.2.The related factors of prognosis of sudden deafness in Anhui area:eating habits,sleep status,bad mood,basic diseases,hearing loss curve type,hearing loss degree,duration of disease,etc.there was no significant correlation with gender.3.The characteristics of TCM Constitution of sudden deafness in Anhui area are mainly blood stasis,Yang deficiency and qi stagnation,which are the dangerous constitution of sudden deafness,and the peaceful constitution is the protective constitution of sudden deafness.The distribution of the constitution of sudden deafness patients in each type of hearing curve,degree of hearing loss and TCM syndrome type is not completely consistent.
