Clinical Study Of Tongqiaohuoxue Granule In The Treatment Of Sudden Deafness

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Jiajiantongqiaohuoxue Decoction in the treatment of sudden deafness and to analyze the Mechanism of action.Methods:From December2009to December2011,80patients diagnosed with sudden deafness were divided into two groups. The Western medicine (Alprostadil injection2ml, vitamin B1100mg、 vitamin B12500ug) treatment was used in the control group and TCM Treatment combining with the Western medicine (Alprostadil injection2ml, vitamin B1100m g、vitamin B12500ug) was used in the treatment group. After2weekes, Observed the efficacy, recorded the results and performed statistical analysis using SPSS V17.0.Results:The Efficiency of deafness Symptom in the treatment group was85%and67.5%in the control group;The Efficiency between two groups was tested by rank sum, P<0.05. The Efficiency of Tinnitus Symptom in the treatment group was80.65%and64.7%in the control group, The Efficiency between two groups was tested by rank sum, P<0.05; The Efficiency of Vertigo Symptom in the treatment group was86.96%and72%in the control group, The Efficiency between two groups was tested by rank sum, P<0.05.Conclusion:The Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction have perfect curative effect in the sudden deafness treatment.
