Objective To study the clinical effect of different treatments and different hearing types on sudden deafness and provide guidance for clinical treatment. Methods Analyze retrospectively all the clinical data of sudden deafness in 190 cases:At first, put all the patients to three groups by their own treatment when they were in hospital and apply the χ2 test to analyze the clinical effect of different treatments, then put the patients in every group to three groups by their own hearing type and use the χ2 test to analyze the clinical effect of different hearing types. Results The effective rate of three groups in different treatments are 35.29%、58.02%、56.52%,statistic analysis shows that the difference among the effective rate of the different treatments on sudden deafness have statistical significance;the effective rate of three groups in different hearing types are also different, and the difference have statistical significance. Conclusion The group of common drugs with dexamethasone has a greatest effective rate in the three different treatments, but the effect of hyperbaric oxygen is not very satisfied. The hearing type in low tone frequencies has a better effective rate than the hearing type in high tone frequencies.
