| Objective:To investigate the achievement of the desired effect of reducing the asthma attack’s frequency of asthma patients in remission and improveing its life quality by guiding asthma patients how to health and medicate by the four areas of "avoiding cold, Regulating Emotions, careful diet, moderating work and rest" which based upon patient-specific physique.Method:to select 80 asthma patients in remission as subjects who met the inclusion criteria and were hospitalized in Shandong Provincial Hospital In January 2014 to December 2015 period according to the 2012 asthma prevention and treatment guidelines.then divided the patients into experimental and control groups randomly, 40 cases each group,control group with conventional life guidance,The experimental group with life guidance based upon patient-specific physique(avoiding cold, Regulating Emotions, careful diet, moderating work and rest),investigate the experimental group patients’ physique of TCM before life guidance.And diagnose the patients’ constitution by Wangqi physique typing method.To assess the 80 asthma patients who met the inclusion criteria by asthma Control Test and Asthma quality of life questionnaire before intervention and six months after the intervention.Result:the asthma attack’s frequency of asthma patients in remission decreased and its life quality were improved after the intervention(p<0.05);The experimental group improved more significant than control group in life quality and the asthma attack’s frequency of asthma patients in remission(p<0.05).Conclusion:guiding asthma patients how to health and medicate by the four areas of "avoiding cold, Regulating Emotions, careful diet, moderating work and rest" which combined with patient-specific physique improved more significant than the patents with conventional life guidance in life quality and the asthma attack’s frequency of asthma patients in remission.It has obvious clinical significance. |
