The Clinical Observation On Fu Xue Hua Tan San Acupoint Sticking Treatment Of Bronchial Asthma Remission (Lung-Spleen Qi Deficiency Pattern) And The Impact Of TGF-β1, IL-33

Objective:To observe patients of bronchial asthma remission (lung-spleen qi deficiency pattern) with clinical aymptoms,the impact of TGF-β1, IL-33,through the acupoint sticking treatment of Fu Xue Hua Tan San, and evaluate its clinical safety.Methods:A randomized controlled trial of 100 patients with bronchial asthma remission ((lung-spleen qi deficiency pattern) were divided into treatment group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). Basic information on the two groups of patients (age, gender, disease duration) by statistical analysis was comparable.The control group with Liujunzi Wan, each 9g, two times a day. Treatment group to apply Fu Xue Hua Tan San acupoint sticking, in Chu Fu, ambush, Mofu acupoint application of all time, sticking every 6 hours, a total of 3 times. Choice of points:the points of Tiantu(RN22), Dingchuan(EX-B1), Feishu(BL13), Gaohuang(BL43),Pishu(BL20).40 days after treatment, the symptoms of clinical improvement was observed in both groups of patients before and after treatment, and serum TGF-β1, IL-33’s changes, and clinical safety.Results:1. Fu Xue Hua Tan San acupoint sticking treatment of bronchial asthma remission (lung-spleen qi deficiency pattern) significant clinical effect, the total effective rate was 85.11%, compared with control group was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. Fu Xue Hua Tan San acupoint sticking treatment can decrease the value of serum TGF-β1, IL-33, the difference between before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05); After treatment, TGF-β1, IL-33 is superior to the degree of decline the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3.Two groups of patients with bronchial asthma after treatment safety showed no abnormalities, no significant changes in the skin.Conclusion:1. Fu Xue Hua Tan San acupoint sticking treatment can significantly improve patients of the clinical symptoms.2. Fu Xue Hua Tan San acupoint sticking treatment can significantly reduce the contentration of serum TGF-β1, IL-33 of patients with bronchial asthma in remission.3. Fu Xue Hua Tan San acupoint sticking treatment in patients with bronchial asthma in remission is security.
