| Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of external application of Huoxuesan ointment combined with splint fixation in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis distal radius fracture,and provide objective evidence for the further promotion and use of Huoxuesan ointment.Methods:The 67 patients who met the inclusion criteria were prospectively divided into 34 cases of observation group and 33 cases of control group by random number table method.The control group was fixed with four splints after manual reduction and oral treatment with Jieguqili tablets.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was added to the external application of Huoxuesan ointment.To evaluate the improvement of TCM syndromes before and after treatment for 3,7,14,28±2,and 42±2days,and to record the clinical healing time of fractures.Then,the Gartland-Werley wrist function score table was used to assess the function of wrist joints after achieving clinical healing for 2 weeks.SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used for statistical processing.Results:At the end of treatment,30 patients were available for statistical observation in the cobservation group and 30 in the control group.?There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,wrist distribution,causes of injury,and AO/ASIF classification(P>0.05)-?The total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly improved after 42±2 days(P<0.01),but the total score of TCM syndromes in the observation group was lower than that in the cointrol group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,and the curative effect was better than 76.67%in the control group(P<0.05).?In the main symptom,the pain,swelling and ecchvmosis of the observation group were lower than the control group 7 days after treatment(P<0.05),and the swelling and ecchymoses were also lower than the control group 14 days after treatment(P<0.05).?In terms of secondary symptoms,urinary symptoms in the observation group were lower than the control group at 24±2 and 42±2 days after treatment(P<0.05).?The follow-up fractures of 60 patients were clinically healed.The clinical healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was 36.7%.The curative effect was better than that of the control group(13.3%)(P<0.05).? The Gartland-Werley wrist joint function score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the excellent and good rate was 26.7%,which was better than the control group's 13.3%,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).?In the two groups of patients during the treatment,the basic vital signs were stable and no serious adverse reactions or allergic reactions occurred.Conclusion:External application of Huoxuesan ointment combined with splint can significantly improve the symptoms of pain,swelling,ecchymosis and urinary redness in patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis distal radius fracture,promote clinical healing of fractures,facilitate early wrist function exercise,and clinical Safe and reliable. |
