Observation On Curative Effect Of ChuangKe Dipsacus Ointment On Closed Reduction And External Fixation Of Distal Radius Fractures

Objective:.to observe the clinical effect of Chuangke Duan ointment on manual reduction and splint external fixation of distal radius fracture.By comparing the curative effect of using small splint to fix distal radius fracture,to explore the clinical advantage of Chuangke Duan ointment and to provide a better treatment plan for patients with distal radius fracture.Methods: By using the method of random number table,68 patients with distal radius fracture who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group,in which the conventional splint conservative treatment was used as the control group.on the basis of the control group,external application of Chuangke Duan ointment was used as the observation group.VAS score and wrist swelling difference were used as observation index and curative effect judgment before and after treatment,1 week,3 weeks and 5 weeks after reduction,and wrist Cooney score at 5 weeks after reduction was used as observation index and curative effect judgment.A total of 10 patients fell off during the experiment,and the relevant statistical analysis was carried out at the end of the experiment.Through data analysis,the differences of therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared,and the experimental data were obtained..Results: there was no significant difference in the baseline data between the two groups,and the data could be compared.After comparison,it is concluded that the observation group has a better detumescence effect,the wrist functional activity score scale(Cooney)is also better than the control group,and the visual analog score(VAS)is also better than the control group.The difference between the two groups is also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Chuangke Dipsacus ointment is effective in relieving pain and swelling in patients with distal radius fracture,and the effect is more obvious if combined with TCM manual reduction and external fixation.It has a certain help to the recovery speed of the patients,and has a certain influence on the treatment effect and satisfaction of the patients,and the external application is relatively safe and effective,so it is a method worth popularizing in clinic.
