Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Small Needle Knife On Wrist Dorsiflexion Disorder After Conservative Treatment Of Distal Radius Fracture

Objective:To observe the effect of small needle knife on wrist dorsiflexion after distal radius fracture.Methods:Will to hospital between January 2018 and December 2018,fujian university of TCM affiliated zhangzhou hospital outpatient or hospitalization of 60 cases included in the standard of the distal radius fractures after conservative treatment,wrist back disorder patients,30 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group 30 cases,control group in a series of functional exercise under guidance of physician,patients with needle knife therapy.Observed and recorded before and after treatment 1 day,1,2,4,8 weeks when two groups of patients with wrist joint ROM and changes of the wrist joint function score,to statistics the statistical results,and carries on the curative effect evaluation and analysis.Results: 1.There was no statistical difference in general data between age,gender and fixed time(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Clinical indicators:After the removal of external fixation,there was no statistically significant difference in ROM of the wrist joint between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Comparison between groups:There were statistically significant differences in wrist ROM between the two groups through repeated measurement anova on day 1,week 1,2,4 and 8 after treatment(P<0.05).The interaction between time and treatment factors was P<0.01,and the difference was statistically significant.The results indicated that the wrist range of motion of the two groups recovered gradually with the passage of time.According to the graphs,the increase trend of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the range of motion of dorsal extension of wrist joints in the experimental group was significantly improved on the first day after treatment,and reached the level of activity of the control group for 4 weeks after treatment on the second week after treatment,which met the basic functional requirements of wrist joints after injury,and the range of motion of wrist joints in the experimental group had basically returned to normal level at the eighth week after treatment.Intra-group comparison:Pairwise comparison was conducted on the range of motion of wrist dorsal extension at 5 time points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pared-to-pared-comparison of the range of motion of dorsal extension of wrist joints at 5 time points in the test group showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The score of the control group was excellent(1 case),good(19 cases),fair(8 cases),and poor(2 cases),with a total excellent and good rate of 66.7%,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.047<0.05).Conclusion:Through 7 days as a course,with a total of four courses of acupotomology therapy,after conservative treatment for distal radius fracture wrists back stretch dysfunction have significant clinical curative effect,can significantly improve the wrist joint function in patients with score,improve the quality of life of patients.
