Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingxin Tongmai Decoction on Unstable Angina and its influence on S100A8/A9.Meanwhile,to explore the mechanism of Qingxin Tongmai Decoction on Unstable Angina and evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:Sixty patients with Unstable Angina were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with standard treatment plan of Western Medicine,including anti-myocardial ischemia drugs,anti-platelet therapy,anticoagulation therapy,blood-lipid regulation therapy,ACEI or ARB.The treatment group was treated with Qingxin Tongmai Decoction in addition to the basic treatment.Two groups were treated with a course of 28 days.The symptom scores,total effective rate,TC,LDL-C,hs-CRP and S100A8/A9 were observed and compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the treatment group can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with unstable angina,reduce the frequency of chest pain attacks,shorten the duration of chest pain,and have certain advantages in lowering TC,LDL-C,hs-CRP levels.And the treatment group can more effectively reduce the level of serum S100A8/A9.However,there was no significant difference in ECG efficacy between the treatment group and the control group.There were no adverse reactions in both groups before and after treatment.Conclusion:Qingxin Tongmai Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of unstable angina patients,regulate blood lipid level,reduce inflammation,reduce the level of serum S100A8/A9,and then stabilize the plaque,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and prevent further progress.
