Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Huatan Tongmai Decotion In Treating Unstable Angina Pectoris (Phlegm And Blood Stasis)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Huatan Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis),and evaluate its safety and effectiveness.Method:60 cases of unstable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis type)were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group,the control group was given the basic treatment of Western medicine,the treatment group was given the basic treatment of Western medicine combined with Huatan Tongmai Decoction,respectively before and after treatment of two groups were recorded around.TCM syndrome curative effect,homocysteine levels,ECG changes,to observe its clinical curative effect.Results:1.TCM syndrome curative effect:the curative effect of TCM syndrome of the two groups after treatment was better than that before treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).2.ECG effect:two groups were improved after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 63.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 56.66%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);3.Compared with the value of homocysteine:the two groups after treatment compared with the value before treatment decreased(P<0.01),after treatment,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups(P<0.05);Conclusions:1.Huatan Tongmai Decoction can reduce the TCM syndrome integral of patients with unstable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis type),and improve the clinical symptoms of patients;2.Huatan Tongmai Decoction can relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris in patients with unstable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis type),and improve the status of ECG ischemia.3.Huatan Tongmai Decoction can reduce the content of homocysteine,inhibit inflammatory reaction and stabilize plaque in patients with unstable angina pectoris(phlegm,blood stasis and obstruction).
