Clinical Study On Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris With Jieduquyu Decoction

Object:Aims to study the the clinical efficacy of the treatment of chest pain and heart disease(hot blood stasis type)using Jieduquyu Decoction,and to explore the mechanism of action,so as to provide basis for further increasing clinical treatment and effective treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Method:In this study,all the selected cases were from the period of March2017 to January 2018,and were inpatients or outpatients in the integrated internal medicine department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A total of 60 patients were selected,The study included exclusion criteria and was divided into a control group and a test group using a random number table method.There were 30 cases in each group.The basic conditions of the two groups were not statistically different.Both groups of patients were given conventional Western coronary artery disease treatment program,the experimental group was given Jieduquyu Decoction recipe on the basis of the treatment,one dose per day,divided into two groups of morning and evening after meals.After 4 weeks,the changes in the two groups before and after treatment were observed,including changes in clinical manifestations,episodes of angina pectoris,scores of TCM symptoms,efficacy of TCM syndromes,changes in electrocardiogram,rate ofwithdrawal of nitric acid lipids,four items of blood lipids,and fibrinogen.High-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and other indicators,through the comparison analysis,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the treatment.Results:Compared with the curative effect comparison between the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group was superior to the control group in improving the episodes of angina pectoris,TCM syndrome scores,etc.,and the laboratory tests of stop-moving rate of nitric acid lipid drug electrocardiogram changes,blood lipids,coagulation,etc.In terms of indicators,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P?0.05 or P?0.01).The experimental group had more significant clinical efficacy than the control group.There was no adverse reaction during the study period between the two groups of patients.There were no statistically significant differences in safety standards such as blood routine,urine routine,liver function,and renal function,(P?0.05).Drug used safe.Conclusions:In the clinical treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,compared with a single conventional western medicine therapy,the experimental group has a more significant effect in improving clinical symptoms,improving the quality of life and related laboratory testing indicators,and no adverse reactions,application was security.Therefore,It has a unique advantage in the treatment of hot blood stasis type chest pain,providing new treatment ideas for the treatment of unstable angina,which deserves clinical attention.
