Clinical Observation Of Geze Dingxuan Decoction In Treating Cervical Spondylotic Arteriopathy And Establishment Of Experimental Animal Model

Objective:1.To understand the clinical efficcts of Geze Dingxuan Decoction in the treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Arteriopathy with sputum and phlegm syndrome through clinical research observation;2.we make animal models of Cervical Spondylotic Arteriopathy(CSA)by local injection sclerotherapy method,so we can provide the basis of animal experiment to the further research on the mechanism of Geze Dingxuan Decoction in the treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Arteriopathy.Methods:1.Patients whowere given oral treatment with Geze Dingxuan Decoction according to the study's inclusion,exclusion and rejection.And it will be scored by The scores of Evaluation Scale for Cervical Vertigo(ESCV),Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),and cervical vertebral artery color Doppler ultrasound.And use the Macnab efficacy evaluation criteria to understand its clinical efficacy.2.We use three different model doses and cycles to make the CSA rats models by the sclerotherapy injection method.And judging the success of model,selecting the optimal rat model though general morphology,imaging,hematology,histopathology,etc.Results:1.In the patients with CSA of sputum syndrome before and after treatment with Geze Dingxuan Decoction,the scores of ESCV,DHI and VAS have significant statistical differences(P<0.01),and the total effective rate of treatment was 96.67%.2.An animal model of CSA in rats can be successfully established though the neck injection sclerotherapy method,if it accords to the established cycle and dose.And it can be judged by general morphology,cervical imaging examination,vertebral artery color Doppler examination,hematology test and pathological ex(?)minatlon of brain and vertebral artery.Conclusion:1.Geze Dingxuan Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of dizziness and neck pain in patients with CSA.This method has exact clinical curative effect and high economic applicability and safety.It is worth further clinical promotion.2.Using the local injection sclerotherapy method,a rat model of CSA can be established,and the model is simple in operation and short in modeling period,which is conducive to further research on experimental animals.
