The courses were 4 weeks. After treatment to determine the clinical curative effect and the evaluation of the two groups of cervical vertigo symptom scale, dizziness handicap inventory(DHI), TCM symptom observation. Results:Because some patients with poor compliance, the finall were 53 cases, 27 cases in the treatment group, 26 cases in the control group. After treatment, the curative effect of two groups by rank test, P=0.013<0.05, the treatment group was better than the control group. The treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of the degree of vertigo, vertigo frequency, neck and shoulder pain, vertigo disability(P<0.01 or P<0.05).TCM symptoms besides tinnitus and deafness(P=0.33 >0.05), amnesia(P=0.973>0.05)the curative effect of two groups was not statistical significant, more than 9 treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:Flavored linggui zhugan decoction in treating cervical spondylotic arteriopathy the vertigo of the deficiency of yang and uprush of ratained fluid syndrome has better clinical curative effect, its main mechanism is that warming and nourishing spleen and kidney, warming yangand resolving fluid retention.Through treatment can reduce the patient’s vertigo degree, vertigo frequency, neck and shoulder pain and improved the life quality of patients.
