The Clinical Research Of Cervical Spondylotic Arteriopathy Treated With The Acupuncture Of Tong Du Yang Shen Method

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of cervical spondylotic arteriopathy(CSA) treated with the acupuncture of Tong Du Yang Shen method, to explore its mechanism for exploring a new therapeutic method.Methods:This study is a randomized controlled trial.There are 60 patients willing to participate in clinical trial in department of rehabilitation in Yuexiu District Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.60 cases were randomly divided into a treated group and a contrast group,30cases in the treated group and 30 cases in the contrast group. The treated group was applied at correlative acupoints with the acupuncture of Tong Du Yang Shen method, the Contrast group was treated with the routine intervention of acupuncture. The two groups of acupoints were treated withpatch andeffusiontheory. Connect electric acupuncture machine after feeling with a strong sense of soreness.Set the dilatational wave with appropriate strength,once a day,30 minutes per time,10 days a Course of treatment. Calculate efficiency after the treatment,compared the degree、frequency、duration、symptoms、the changes of TCD before and after the treatment.Summed up the differences between the two different methods of acupuncture.Results:60 cases of patients enrolled in the study in the treatment group of 30 cases(male 18, female 12), the control group of 30 cases(male16, female 14), two groups of average age were 49.67 years old and 47.70 years old, average course of disease was 25.63 months and 21.93 months. The base data of two groups of patients, the results show no significant difference between the two groups,the baseline data were comparable. After ten days of treatment, the total effective rate in the treated group is 96.33%,76.67% in the contrast group, Compare clinical efficacy between the two groups (P<0.05), the treated group is better than the contrast group. After the treatment,the two groups in the degree、frequency、duration、symptoms of vertigo were better than before, P<0.05, in result, the acupuncture of Tong Du Yang Shen method and conventional acupuncture both can improve the clinical symptoms of vertigo patients. Compare the two groups after the treatment,the treated group is better than the contrast group in the degree、frequency、duration、symptoms of vertigo after the treatment (P<0.05),in result, the acupuncture of Tong Du Yang Shen method in improving the score of vertigo of CSA is better than conventional acupuncture. After the treatment, flow velocity of the patients in the two groups both increased, P<0.05, in result,the acupuncture of Tong Du Yang Shen method and conventional acupuncture both can improve intracranial artery blood flow velocity. Compare the two groups, There was significant difference in TCD examination between the acupuncture of Tong Du Yang Shen method and conventional acupuncture after the treatment,P<0.05, and view the numerical point, the treated group of improving vertebral artery blood flow velocity is better than the contrast group.Conclusion:The acupuncture of Tong Du Yang Shen method shows good therapeutic effect and high safety in treating CSA, can obviouslydisappear a series of clinical symptoms in patients with CSA, improve vertigo intracranial artery blood flow velocity to relieve the ischemic state. The acupuncture of Tong Du Yang Shen method is streamline、convenient、better compliance、more acceptable with patients,has better efficacy than the traditional acupuncture,more operational,is worth to clinical promote.
