The Observation Of Clinical Efficacy On Gegen Erteng Decoction For Cervical Spondylotic Arteriopathy

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Gegen Erteng decoction in the treatment ofcervical spondylosis arteriopathy,and explore its effect on hemodynamics of vertebral-basilar arteries.Methods:Collected the clinical data of 60 patients with CSA in Sandong TCM Hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 and inquired the patient's condition in detail,the systemic examination and TCD+CDFI examination were carried out in order to exclude other diseases of nervous system.The 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group and each group had 30 cases.Patients in treatment group took Gegen Erteng decoction,and patients in control group took flunarizine hydrochloride capsules treatment.The clinical efficacy was observed after treatment in both groups.Related parameters of TCD+CDFI of vertebral artery,and scores of symptoms and signs were compared between two groups pre-post treatment.SPSS19.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:After two courses of treatment,the clinical total effective rate was as high as 93.3% in treatment group,significantly higher than 73.3% in control group(P<0.05),the scores of symptoms and signs aftertreatment were significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the scores of symptoms and signs in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group after treatment(P < 0.05),the peak systolicvelocity(Vs)and mean velocity(Vm)ofbasilar arteries and vertebral arteries were significantly accelerated aftertreatment in both groups(P<0.05),and the above parameters in treatment groupwere significantly higher thanthose in control group after treatment(P < 0.05),the vessel diameter of vertebral arteries was significantlyenlarged,and the peak systolic velocity,time average flow velocity,and end-diastolic velocity were accelerated significantly(P<0.05)in both groups after treatment,and the above parameters intreatment group were significantly higher than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gegen Erteng decoction has good curative effect in patients with cervical spondylosis arteriopathy.It can effectively improve the vertebral-basilar arteries,and be worthy of clinical application...
