Clinical Study On The Efficacy Of Qufeng Xuanfei Tang Treating Post-Infection Cough(Fengtanzufei Syndrome)with Based On The Level Of Substance P

Objective:Professor Zhujia is good at diagnosing and treating post-infection cough from wind-evil.Using Qufeng Xuanfei tang treating post-infection cough(Fengtanzufei syndrome),with the permit addition and subtraction indicated satisfactory therapeutic effect.In order to observe the clinical efficacy of Qufeng Xuanfei tang and explore its internal mechanism,and provide new ideas for clinical guidance to carry out this study.Methods:We conduct this clinical study by the method of randomized and parallel controlled.We randomly divided this patients into two groups.The western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group,and another group of healthy people as baseline.It was treated with Qufeng Xuanfei tang in Chinese medicine group while the western medicine group was treated with Meimin pseudoanesthesia solution(Huifeining)for 14 days.Observed a course of treatment fou a cycle.Clinical symptoms such as cough,phlegm,pharyngeal itching,and the level of substance P in serum were taken as observation indexes.The case data were all treated with SPSS 24.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:The total number of cases collected was 61,of which 31 cases were in the traditional Chinese medicine group and 30 cases in the western medicine group.The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was 90.32,and that of the western medicine group was 76.67%.The data of the two groups were tested by Chi-square test(P<0.05).The Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group could effectively improve the symptoms of the patients,but the improvement degree of the Chinese medicine group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the healthy people,the level of substance P in the serum of the patients with cough after infection was more positive.After treatment,Qufeng Xuanfei tang can significantly reduce the level of substance P in serum and recover to the normal level in a short time.Conclusion:Qufeng Xuanfei tang has the function of dispelling wind and phlegm,and ventilating the lung.It can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of post-infection cough,reduce the level of substance P in serum,alleviate airway neurogenic inflammation and reduce the chance of re-infection.
