| Objective:The levels of NEP,SP and CGRP in bronchial alveolar lavage fluid(BALF)of cough rats after infection were measured by animal experiment.The correlation between the three indexes was analyzed.Airway neurogenic inflammation of the regulatory mechanism for the treatment of cough after infection to provide the relevant basis.Method:The rat PIC model was established by inhalation of capsaicin and aerosol inhalation induced by low dose of endotoxin(LPS).The rats were randomly divided into 6groups: blank group,model group,positive control group(montelukastina tablets)and Qinbaiqing lung concentrated pellets were treated with high,medium and low dose groups for 10 days,The levels of NEP,SP and CGRP were measured by ELISA,and the status of the rats,the number of coughs and the pathological changes of lung tissues were observed.Results:1.Infection in rats after cough cough: compared with blank group,model group cough increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),low dose group and model group there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),cough treated group were less than model group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),the treatment group(except the low dose group)can improve the cough of PIC in rats.2.PIC rat bronchoalveolar lavage fluid level of SP,CGRP and NEP results show that compared with blank control group,model group,SP,CGRP levels increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),low dose group and model group there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),treatment group: QB of high,middle dose group and positive control group SP and CGRP content decreased compared with model group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Compared with blank control group,model group the NEP content decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.01),low dose group and model group there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),more than the treatment group the NEP content increased compared with model group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),especially in the NEP significantly increased in high dose group,level close to the blank group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.The NEP and the correlation of SP and CGRP level: model group the NEP correlation between SP and CGRP and expression,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),QBin high dose group differences statistically significant(P < 0.05),more than the treatment group on the three correlation expression P > 0.05,there was no statistically significant difference.Conclusion:1.Qinbai qingfei Concentrated Pill can significantly reduce the number of cough in PIC rats.2.QB can reduce the SP,CGRP content,thereby reducing the airway neurogenic inflammatory response.3.QBcan improve NEP content,when the NEP reaches a certain concentration with SP and CGRP showed a negative correlation.The high dose of QBwas able to intervene in the airway neurogenic inflammatory response of PIC through the NEP-SP pathway. |
