Clinical Observation Of Breast Cancer Treated By Fu Zheng Gong Du Decoction Combined With EC-T Chemotherapy

Objective:In this study,by observing the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng gongdu Decoction combined with EC-T and pure EC-T,we evaluated whether Fuzheng gongdu Decoction can reduce toxicity and increase efficacy,improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients in the process of using EC-T chemotherapy.Methods:This topic research object for postoperative patients with breast cancer use prospective controlled clinical research method,will be included in the standard of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group 24 people into the group,control group into the group of 20 people,the treatment group the EC-T+ Fuzheng gongdu Decoction,control group pure EC-T.Observed 8 cycles,were recorded before and after chemotherapy in the EC-T KPS score and TCM symptom score,quality of life score,tumor index and routine blood,liver and kidney function,myocardial enzymes,such as echocardiography,pay close attention to in 8 cycles of chemotherapy side effects of chemotherapy,at the end of the test to compare two groups of the indicators of change and the emergence of adverse reaction,and statistical analysis of the difference between two groups of these indicators.Result:1.TCM syndrome:from the point of TCM symptom scores,two groups of TCM symptoms were improved after treatment(P<0.05),but improve treatment group than the control group obviously(P<0.05),look from the symptom curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment group total effective rate(70.83%)is significantly higher than control group(25%),the efficacy syndromes was similar between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.01).2.Tumor indicators:3 there was no significant difference in CEA and CA153 between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).3.KPS score and FACT B score:the treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of KPS score and FACT B score(P<0.05).4.In terms of medication safety,there was no significant difference in Hb,AST,ALP,CRE,ck-mb,LDH,EF between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).CK decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no difference between groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Leukocytes and neutrophils in both groups decreased after treatment,and the treatment group had no significant advantage in improving the decline of leukocytes and neutrophils compared with the control group(P>0.05).ALT,PLT and BUN may have some influence in the treatment group,but the comparison between the two groups after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the 8 cycles of chemotherapy,the toxic and side effects of the two groups were mainly reflected in blood toxicity,gastrointestinal reaction,liver and kidney damage,and cardiac toxicity.The treatment group may have certain effects of alleviating bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reaction(P<0.01).Conclusion:The combination of Fuzheng gongdu Decoction and EC-T has no significant effect on the tumor markers of postoperative patients with breast cancer,but it has certain advantages in improving patients' physical condition,quality of life and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.In addition,it can alleviate the bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reaction in long-term chemotherapy and enhance the patient's tolerance to chemotherapy.
