| ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of treating traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)from the perspective of liver,spleen and kidney in improving the toxic and side effects of breast cancer during chemotherapy,and preliminarily evaluate its effectiveness,safety and feasibility,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical application and promotion.MethodsAccording to include and exclude standards,from the first affiliated hospital of tianjin medical university selection standard breast surgery clinic in 72 patients,36 cases were randomly divided into test group and control group 36 cases,patients with oral Chinese medicine medicinal broth,treat with the spleen and replenishing qi,nourishing liver and kidney,the control group to profit jun,metoclopramide,vitamin B6,with 21 days for a period of treatment,observation 3 period of treatment.The changes of toxic and side effects classification,TCM clinical syndrome score and Karnofsky quality of life score were compared between the two groups during chemotherapy to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment,and the safety of treatment was evaluated by the changes of liver function,electrocardiogram classification and the occurrence of serious adverse reactions before and after treatment.SPSS21.0 statistical software was used to compare and analyze the indicators of the two groups and systematically evaluate the clinical feasibility of treating traditional Chinese medicine from liver,spleen and kidney to improve the toxic and side effects of breast cancer during chemotherapy.ResultsCurative effect observation on indicators,the experimental group before and after the treatment level of white blood cell count,white blood cell classification comparison,the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05),the curative effect and the control group before and after treatment level of white blood cell count,white blood cell classification are improved,but there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),poor curative effect,the two groups after treatment level of white blood cell count,white blood cell classification comparison,significant difference(P < 0.05),there is statistical significance,suggesting group to improve the efficacy of white blood cells reduce disease during chemotherapy is better than the control group.Nausea and vomiting classification comparison group before and after treatment,the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05),the curative effect affirmation,nausea and vomiting classification comparison control group before and after treatment,the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05),the curative effect affirmation,two groups of nausea and vomiting classification comparison,since 2 period of treatment,significant difference,was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the test group to improve the efficacy of nausea and vomiting during chemotherapy was superior to that of the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in the improvement of TCM symptoms between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group had better efficacy in improving TCM clinical symptoms than the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of life quality in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.In terms of safety standard assessment,there was no significant difference in liver function(alanine transaminase)and ecg classification between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Two groups of patients in the treatment of middle of the back,liver function damage is given priority to with grade I,? damage,had no obvious difference between groups(P > 0.05),and no obvious adverse reaction occurred,patient during treatment of spleen and replenishing qi,nourishing liver and kidney method during the treatment of chemotherapy adverse reactions did not increase the severity of the heart and liver function damage and the incidence of adverse reactions,proved that the safety of the treatment.ConclusionFrom the liver and spleen kidney treatment based on traditional Chinese medicine to improve breast cancer during chemotherapy toxicity,which can effectively improve breast cancer patients during chemotherapy leukopenia,nausea and vomiting,and a series of adverse reaction,relieve the clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine,to enhance the treatment of patients with confidence and improve the quality of survival,and this study did not increase the severity of the patients with heart and liver function damage and the incidence of adverse reactions,security is good,worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
