Clinical Study On Efficacy Of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction For Treating Diabetic Kidney Disease (Stage ?-?)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction for treating stage ?-? patients with diabetic kidney disease(DKD), and to explore the possible mechanism of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction treating this disease.Methods: First the 94 patients with Stage ?-? DKD were asked for a two-week elution period,and then were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,each group had 47 cases. Two groups of patients were given the basic treatment of Western medicine, Patients in the experiment group were administered with traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue(YQYYHX 200 ml per time, twice times a day),while those in the control group treated with Losartan capsule(80mg,qd).Total therapeutic course was 12 weeks,changes of urinary protein, kidney function, blood lipid,the clinical symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment in two groups.Results:A total of 89 patients completed the 12 weeks observation, 45 cases in experimental group, 44 cases in the control group. After 12 weeks of treatment, mALB, urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER)were reduced in the experimental group(P<0.05),quantitative test of 24 h urinary protein,cystatin C(Cys-C), Scr,BUNwere significantly reduced in the experimental group(P<0.01);for the control group, mALB, UAER were also decreased(P<0.05),quantitative test of 24 h urinary protein,Cys-C, Scr, BUN were significantly reduced(P<0.01).Comparing with the control group after the treatment,the reduction of urine mALB, UREA, Cys-C, Scr, BUN of the experimental group, were improved obviously(P<0.05).CHO, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C changes before and after treatment there were significant differences between the experimental group(P< 0.05); The CHOL, and LDL were decreased of the control group(P<0.01), but the numerical of TG were not significantly decreased(P>0.05), the numerical of HDL were not significantlyincreased(P<0.05);After the treatments, CHO and LDL both have more obvious difference in the experimental group(P<0.05), But there was no statistical significance of the reduction of TG and HDL-C(P>0.05).The efficacy of Chinese medicine for individual symptoms of DN, total efficacy of Chinese medicine symptoms and the total clinical effects of the patients in the experiment group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction combined with basic treatment not only can improve patients with stage ?- ? DKD clinical symptoms and signs, but also can effectively reduce urinary protein, renal function in patients with stable, regulating lipid metabolism, delay the development of DKD?...
