Clinical Study On Peishi Fuzheng Jianpi Decoction For Improving Toxic And Side Effects After Chemotherapy In Patients With Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:Observe the improvement effect of Peishi Fuzheng Jianpi Decoction on the toxicity of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)after TP chemotherapy,and explore the mechanism of the effect of Peishi Fuzheng Jianpi Decoction combined with chemotherapy to reduce toxicity and increase efficacy.Method:A total of 60 hospitalized patients who comply with the inclusion standard were assigned to two groups by random.Treatment group 30 cases were given Peishi Fuzheng Jianpi decoction + TP regimen chemotherapy;Control group 30 caseswere given TP regimen chemotherapy.21 days is a treatment cycle,a total of 3 cycles.After the course of treatment,record the changes of the detection indicators of the treatment group and the control group.The main indicators are: white blood cells,hemoglobin,platelets,gastrointestinal reactions,serum CEA and CY21-1 values,TCM clinical syndrome score,KPS score.Result:1.Toxic and side effects after treatment: The treatment group bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reactions and incidence were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.TCM clinical symptoms: The treatment group were dramatically enhanced in 18 cases,9 cases were effective,and the overall effective rate was 90%,the control group were dramatically enhanced in 18 cases,16 cases were effective,and the overall effective rate was73.33%.The treatment group was obviously higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Quality of life(KPS score): After the treatment,KPS scores were increased in the two groups,while compared with control group,the treatment group improved more evidently,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Serum CEA and CY21-1 levels: After treatment,the CEA and CY21-1 values of the two groups of patients decreased,but the comparison found that the above indexes decreased more obviously,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.In terms of safety: After comparison,the safety indexes of the two groups of patients were found to have no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclution:Peishi Fuzheng Jianpi decoction can reduce the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy drugs,enhance the tolerance of chemotherapy,reduce the value of serum CEA and CY21-1,enhance the chemotherapeutic effect,and also alleviate the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and improve.
