Research On The Health Management Of Young People

The definition of young people in this essay refers to those between 21 and 44 years of age which is an important phase to achieve success in one's career.They are the crucial workable group in the society.Following the diversification of the social life,quite a of number of chronic diseases have hit younger people and the patients' age has dropped dramatically.As young people are the workable group of people who play an important role in the development of the society and economy,they require more care from the society.Most young people do not have sufficient fund to fight against chronic disease and do not have a rich family behind to support it.Therefore,they are forced to stop working,lose income when they are diagnosed.Furthermore,in some severe cases,they also require family members to look after them on a daily basis which cause the family member having to stop working too.This burden causes the whole family's living standard to drop to a lower level.Meanwhile,it also forces to increase the consumption of social medical resource and intensifies the national medical expenses.During the period when the patient stops working,their company is also forced to bear the cost and loss.Hence,young people ' s health issue is the potential risk hidden in the society and the study on young people ' s health management is significant.In this essay we've applied research methods such as document analysis,summarising and concluding and comparative analysis,and studied the young people's health management from social security's point of view.Explaining the factors that cause health problems for young people from the perspective of the common problems of young people's health.We should raise young people's awareness and habit of health including reinforcing their understanding on health and cognition of disease in order to prevent disease before it forms.Stating the necessity of the health management for young people following the analysis of young people's significant role in the society and the issues lie in their health,based on welfare pluralism and synergistic governance theory.Lastly,giving suggestions on how to manage Chinese young people's health by combining China's current situation and learning from thedeveloped countries success.In summary,this essay is in response to Chairman Xi's Healthy China Program to improve China's social security system and make young people,the special group of people in the society,live healthily through special studies on prevention of diseases and the influence of various medical issues on young people ' s health problems.
