In recent years, more and more higher trend of reduction of blood cell diseases in adolescents such as acute leukemia> aplastic anemia and renal failure and etal, brought great pain to the patients and his family.Pancy topenia (PCP), Whole blood cell reduction a group of common clinical Syndrome cause with high degree of heterogeneity, is refers to low level of blood leukocyte、 red blood cell and platelet. In addition to the hematopoietic system disease, there are some non hematopoietic system diseases. Mainly divided into the following four categories:hematopoietic system benign diseases:such as iron deficiency anemia (IDA), megaloblastic anemia (MA) and immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) et.al; refractory hematopoietic system diseases, such as aplastic anemia (AA), myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), etal; the hematopoietic system of the heterogeneity of disease, such as acute leukemia (AL), multiple myeloma (MM), bone marrow fibrosis (MF), etal; (4) non hematopoietic system diseases, such as liver and kidney disease, malignant solid tumor and systemic infection disease, et.al. Patients in addition to the primary disease, clinical symptoms manifestation of different degrees of fatigue, dizziness, fever, anemia, hemorrhage, liver, spleen and lymph node swelling and tenderness of sternum and bone and joint pain etc.The etiology of the disease is the result of the interaction of genetic and environmental factors. The unhealthy life style and behavior habits are Internet addiction, staying up late, poor eating habits, smoking addiction, lack of exercise, abnormal sexual behaviors, drug abuse, lack of health controlling and awareness of medical treatment, exposure to toxic substances or the environment without self-protection and to pressure to take negative mood, health risk factors and promote each other, combined action of many factors, from quantitative change to qualitative change become disease susceptible factors induced, serious impact on young people and even the family’s physical and mental health and quality of life. Healthy literacy-related investigation in adolescent patients with pancytopenia, analysis and correlation of lifestyle and bad habits and disease research, guide young people to establish a good and healthy lifestyle habits, reduce the incidence of disease. Currently there are studies related to population health literacy for analysis, but specifically for young people pancytopenia less health literacy. This study attempts to do something related to the investigation and analysis in this area, aimed at adolescents disease pathogenic incentives aspect of discovery, which made early targeted preventive interventions, provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of life and health of the adolescent population level. Objective:LAnalysis the health literacy of the pancytopenia patients of adolescence;2.Investigation the lifestyles and behavior of pancytopenia patients of adolescence;3.Investigation the incidence of sub-health status of pancytopenia patients of adolescence;4.Analysistheralationship between health risk factors and pancytopenia in adolescent.5.Lead a right way for the healthy growth for young people to prevent the occurrence of pancytopenia in adolescence.Patients and Methods:1. Chose pancytopenia patients aged 15-30 years in Shandong University Qilu Hospital of Hematologyand Urology clinical from 2014 to 2015 as the case group (a total of 200 cases,117 cases of male,83 female); while chose healthy normal subjects in Shandong University Qilu hospital health Center examination aged 15-30 years of age (98 males, female 102 cases) as case-control.2. Depending on whether pancytopenia, the questionnaires were divided into two groups, the case group and the control group, each group for 200 cases. In the case group, more men than women, mostly concentrated in the age 20 to 30 years old. In recent years, more and more higher trend of reduction of blood cell diseases in adolescents, this is worth to cause the concern and attention of the society, especially the male and the low cultural level. The total health literacy of Teen pancytopenia was lower, and the healthy lifestyle and behavioral habits were significantly lower.2.Pancytopenia patients have a variety of bad lifestyle and behavior.
