Objective: To get to know the health demands of young and middle-aged adults with hypertension;to evaluate the effect of mobile health in health management of young and middle-aged hypertension patients from communities in terms of blood pressure control, related knowledge on hypertension, compliance and satisfaction. Methods: This study is an experimental study based on communities, young and middle-aged residents with primary hypertension who received physical examination and met the requirements of exclusion standards after receiving treatment in a community health service center in Urumqi from February to May 2017 were selected as research objects.First,a survey concerning hypertension related knowledge, compliance and health demand of 262 research objects was conducted and the overall situation was analyzed. Then they were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received community-based doctor signing service while the experimental group adopted mobile health management with an intervention period of six months.Hypertension-related knowledge, compliance, blood pressure, body weight index, satisfaction and other indexes of patients in two groups before intervention,at three months and six months were analyzed to assess interventional effect of mobile health. Results: 1.The baseline situation: Related knowledge scoring among young and middle-aged hypertensive patients involved in this research was(13.69±3.93),lifestyle was the highest score, diet and complication were the lowest;the score of compliance was(79.97±11.11),the highest score for each dimension was drug, the lowest score was exercise and stress.2.Health demand: the existing hypertension-related knowledge for objects in this study was mainly obtained from the Internet, occupying 21.86% of total times of selection.Anticipated knowledge acquisition path was through WeChat, contributing 31.69%.Among the anticipated dimensions of knowledge acquisition, diet demand was the highest, occupying 27.14%.3.Interventional results of two different forms:(1)There was no statistically significant difference in aspects of basic situation,hypertension-related knowledge, compliance, body weight index and blood pressure of patients in two groups before intervention(P>0.05),with comparability.(2)The hypertension-related knowledge and compliance of patients in the two groups were enhanced with the prolongation of the intervention time, and the scores of related knowledge and compliance in the experimental group were higher than that in control group(P<0.05).(3)The systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of patients in the two groups decreased with the prolongation of the intervention and blood pressure reduction efficacy in experimental group was more obvious, the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Blood pressure control rate in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05)and there was no statistical difference regarding treatment rates(P>0.05).(4)There was no difference in terms of comparison of body mass index of patients in two groups(P>0.05).(5)Satisfaction on health management for patients in the experimental group was higher that for control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Research indicates that as Internet popularizes, mobile health has better interventional results for community hypertension health management when compared with community-based doctor signing service as for blood pressure, knowledge and compliance. It meets more with demands of young and middle-aged patients. The Patient's recognition of mobile health is also higher.
