| ObjectiveThrough the investigation of the contents,processes,current status and demand points of middle-aged and young hypertension community health management services,the Kano model was used to analyze and explore the data of the functional settings of young and middle-aged hypertension survey subjects,and a patient-based blood pressure monitoring was constructed.With the data,the hypertension management APP system that allows contracted family doctors and patients to communicate instantly in multiple ways.Provide targeted and implementable recommendations for the community health management of young and middle-aged hypertensive patients,and provide evidence and data support for relevant departments to formulate policies.ContentThis study firstly passed the survey on the contents,processes,and needs of young people's hypertension community health management in the "Community Residents' Hypertension Questionnaire",providing data support for the construction of the following APP systems and functional configurations.Then through the Kano model based on the needs of young people with high blood pressure APP function questionnaire,in-depth digging young and middle-aged hypertension patients with functional settings and emotional motivation.Finally,according to literature research in related fields and the results of research and analysis of target users,the design steps of the product are designed according to design thinking,the research results are designed and transformed,and a complete system and function design are constructed.MethodUsing a random sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 9 community health service centers in Hangzhou City and Guangxi Province for Guilin City and Chongqing City in Zhejiang Province.The 19-60-year-old middle-aged and young patients with hypertension at the Community Health Service Center were Subjects of the survey,with the permission of the patients themselves and the relevant departments of the community,each center distributed 100 questionnaires to middle-aged and young hypertension patients 19-60 years old,and distributed a total of 900 questionnaires.868 valid questionnaires were returned.Of the 900 survey respondents,200 randomly selected subjects were assigned the “APPlying Questionnaire for the Management of Hypertension Management” based on the Kano model,and 142 valid questionnaires were collected.Descriptive analysis,chi-square test,and binary logistic regression analysis were used to ascertain the content,process,and current status of demand for the implementation of community-based hypertension management for hypertension,using the Kano model's demand classification table and Better-Worse coefficients.Build an APP that closely matches the characteristics of hypertension data monitoring according to the expected design goals.Through the APP,patients,their families,and family contracted doctors can be linked to each other.This enables real-time dynamic monitoring of changes in blood pressure,so that both doctors and patients can For effective communication,improve the efficiency of high blood health management among young and middle-aged people.ConclusionAccording to the survey on the content,process and implementation of the needs of the young and middle-aged hypertension community health management,and the KANO model questionnaire construction and the statistical analysis of the survey results,a total of 20 effective demand items were identified after There are six demand,four demand,and ten APPeals.To build a hypertension management APP system based on the patient's blood pressure monitoring data,the signed family doctor,patient,and patient's family members can communicate instantly.Under this system,it promotes good communication and interaction between patients and doctors,creates a harmonious doctor-patient relationship between doctors and patients,and improves the prevention and control of hypertension management among young and middle-aged people. |
