| Smartphones have become an essential commodity.Young people’s high dependence on mobile phones has led to a range of health problems such as eye strain,insomnia and musculoskeletal diseases.Based on ergonomics and biomechanics,this paper studied waking with mobile phone of young people and its effect on human health and biomechanics.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The questionnaire was used to analyze waking with mobile phone of young people and the influence of mobile phone use on health.The results show that: Young people have a strong dependence on mobile phones,long-term use of mobile phones will appear eye fatigue(89.53%),sleep deprivation(50.78%),muscle fatigue(43.02%)and other symptoms;Mobile phone use while walking will mainly lead to accidental injury;Using mobile phones while sitting or standing can cause neck and shoulder muscle fatigue.Increasing physical activity and reducing time spent on mobile phones are effective ways to reduce neck fatigue.(2)The influence of mobile phone on gait characteristics of healthy young people during walking was studied by using three dimensional gait analysis system,The results show that: Compared with natural walking,walking with mobile phone under the influence of double tasks ruduce the step width,and increases plantar flexion Angle of the ankle joint,decline in stability.Finally,the gait stability becomes worse.In order to maintain a steady gait,people voluntarily adopt a cautious gait.That is to reduce step speed(women: 9.48 cm/s;men:13.31 cm/s)and Stride Lenghte(women: 8.63 cm;men:10.18 cm),increase the proportion of support phase in the gait cycle and active thrust of foot off the ground There are gender differences in the effect of walking with mobile phone on gait:When walking with mobile phones,men are less disturbed by dual tasks,while women are more affected;In terms of kinematic parameters,the flexion angle of women knee joint will increase 4.38° at the time of landingd and the hip rotation angle will increase 0.67°,the range of motion of the knee joint and ankle joint increases 2.99°and 4.51°with the support phase and the gait stability is poor.There was no significant change in the knee joint Angle and the maximum joint Angle when the men foot landed,and the gait stability was good when the range of motion of the hip joint,knee joint and ankle joint decreased 1.54°,1.25°and 5.05°during the support phase.In terms of dynamic parameters,women’s backward braking force will be reduced,the friction in the coronary direction will be reduced and the risk of sideslip will be increased,while men’s braking force and friction will not be affected,and the maximum joint torque of knee joint and ankle joint will be increased to maintain gait stability;In terms of muscle,the level of participation of the gastrocnemius muscle decreased in women,while the level of gastrocnemius activation increased in men and the level of tibial anterior muscle activation decreased,showing an anti-fatigue response.In a word,the gait stability of both men and women will decrease when walking with mobile phone,but the gait stability of women is lower than men’s.It is suggested that women should be more cautious when walking with mobile phone and try to avoid using mobile phone when walking.(3)The effects of mobile phone use on neck and shoulder muscles in sitting and standing posture of healthy young women were studied by combining emg tester and RPE supervisor assessment.The results show that: When young people use mobile phones in sitting and standing posture,the average discharge level of the right cervical muscle and trapezius muscle is higher and more active due to the right hand using mobile phones.During the test period,the fatigue degree of trapezius and cervicalis muscle increased with the test period,and the fatigue degree of trapezius muscle was greater than that of cervicalis muscle.When the mobile phone is used in sitting posture,the cervical muscles reach the warning value in 25 minutes,the trapezius muscles reach the warning value in 20 minutes,and the trapezius muscles reach the fatigue warning value in a shorter time.It is suggested that the muscles should be adjusted and relieved in time when the mobile phone is used in sitting posture for more than20 minutes.During the test time of mobile phone in standing posture,the main working muscle is the trapezius muscle,which has higher contractile ability than the cervical muscles.In addition,when the mobile phone is used in standing posture for 15 minutes,the trapezius muscle appears obvious sense of fatigue.At this time,the cervical muscles begin to feel fatigue,and the strain of the trapezius muscle is more serious.It is recommended to use the mobile phone for more than 15 minutes to rest or exercise in time to relieve muscle fatigue. |
