Therapeutic Effect Of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction On Night Sweat After Yin Deficiency And Fire

Objective:Patients with cardiothoracic surgery after thoracotomy have abnormal sweating,and most of them are night sweats.The purpose of this study was to observe the efficacy of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction on night sweats after yin deficiency and anger,and to provide a new TCM idea for clinical treatment of post-thoracic sweat syndrome.Methods:From December 2017 to December 2018,Sixty patients who underwent thoracotomy in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and who had abnormal sweating after surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group.The test group was treated with Danggui Liuhuang Decoction+routine treatment,and the control group:routine treatment after surgery.The course of treatment was 5 days.Observe the reduction in sweating and the changes in the secondary condition.Using SPSS17.0 statistical software,the data were analyzed by X~2 test,rank sum test and t test.Results:There were 60 patients who completed the clinical study and 30 patients in the two groups.There was no significant difference in age,duration of disease,gender,major and secondary syndrome distribution,Acetylcholinesterase(AchE)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.The total curative effect after treatment:In the test group,2 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,0 cases were cured,1 case was markedly effective,4 cases were effective,and 25 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 16.67%.The two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the test group was superior to the control group in terms of efficacy.There was a statistically significant difference in the scores of primary and secondary syndrome before and after treatment in the experimental group.The P value was<0.05,suggesting that the treatment of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction is effective;There was no significant difference in the scores of primary and secondary symptoms before and after treatment in the control group,P value was>0.05,suggesting that the treatment was basically no effect;After treatment,the scores of the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of the two groups were compared,and the P values were all<0.05.The difference was statistically significant,suggesting that there were differences in the efficacy between the two groups.Danggui Liuhuang Decoction can improve the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of night sweats after yin deficiency and fire syndrome.There was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of AchE between the two groups(P>0.05),suggesting that after treatment,the sweat was reduced and AchE was decreased.Conclusion:Danggui Liuhuang Decoction has a significant effect on the night sweats of yin deficiency and fire phlegm after thoracotomy.
