Clinical Study On Ningxinzhihan Decoction's Influence To The Coronary Heart Disease Accompanied With Spontaneous Sweat And Night Sweat (yinxuhuowang Type)

Objective:To observe the curative effect of NingXinZhiHan Decoction to the CHD accompanied with Spontaneous Sweat and Night Sweat of YinXuHuoWang Type,and to explore its mechanism.Methods:In the clinical study, Randomized principles,sixty patients conforming to Standard were divided into tentative group (30cases) and control group (30cases).The control group was treated only by conventional western medicine,while the tentative group was treated by Ning Xin Zhi Han Decoction added to the conventional western medicine.Two weeks was a course of treatment.The changes of main clinical syndrome, heart rate variability,heart rate and quality of life were observed before and after treatment.Results:In the tentative group,the total effective rate of meliorating symptoms and the remarkable rate were respectively 93.3% and 36.7%,which were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.01);SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,PNN50 and SDNNIndex of tentative group were better than pre-treatment,amoung these indexes, SDNN,SDANN,PNN50 and SDNNIndex were improve larger than the control(P<0.05); Scores of quality of life improved in the tentative group,and were better than the control in the psychological field(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ning Xin Zhi Han Decoction is an effective medicament of treating Spontaneous Sweat and Night Sweat of YinXuHuoWang Type.This Decoction not only regulate the function of autonomic nervous,but also improve other symptoms and quality of life.It is worthy of wider application.
