The Clinical Observation Of Modified Danggui Liuhuang Decoction On Treating The Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect that Danggui Liuhuang ModifiedDecoction caused in the early treatment of the Hashimoto’s thyroiditis (clinical indicatorsFT3、FT4、TSH was normal,while the A-TPO、A-TG was significantly higher),and toexplore the therapeutic advantages of TCM.Methods:60patients diagnosed by the Hashimoto’s thyroiditis caused in the earlystage were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group of30cases were giventhe Modified Danggui Liuhuang Decoction and Low iodine diet,the others were given Lowiodine diet as control group.Drug use4weeks for a period of treatment,3successivetreatment.Results: clinicalobservation shows that the treatment group in improving the diseasesymptoms and signs is better than the control group (P <0.05);In improving A-TPO, A-TGis better than the control group (P <0.01),In the improvement of leaves, the isthmus aboutthyroid thickness better than control group (P <0.05). And clinical drug safety,did notproduce adverse reactions.Conclusion: clinical curative effect shows the clinical efficacy of Modified DangguiLiuhuang Decoction in the early treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is sure, adversereactions small and deserves further investigation research.
