Professor Ding Shuwen's Experience In Clinical Application Of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction

Objective:To summarize the experiences and laws of Professor Ding Shuwen's clinical application of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction by collecting the relavant case reports and using statistical methods to analyze.Methods:From September 2015 to Semtember 2016,shandong university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital cardiovascular internal medicine ward and outpatient Ding Shuwen treated patients,according to the relevant inclusion criteria,104 eligible cases were selected.Record the patient's age,gender,diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine diagnosis,drug use,the patient's symptoms,tongue,and pulse into the EXCEL form and establish a database.By using statistical method and combine the Ding Shuwen's clinical experience,we can summarize the experiences and laws of Professor Ding Shuwen's clinical application of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction.Results:In the clinical cases,professor Ding always ueses Danggui Liuhuang Decoction to treat women,and the age was 58.03±10.877 years old.Professor Ding usually uses Danggui Liuhuang Decoction to treat patients with arrhythmia,hypertension,or coronary heart disease.In the dialectical process of TCM,the clinical dialectical basis of Danggui Liuhuang decoction is: heart palpitation,sweating,chest tightness,fatigue,insomnia,mouth dry and bitter taste,distractedness,red tongue,yellow fur,pulse string,fine or heavy.The commonly used medications are tonics(included herba epimidii and radix ophiopogonis),sedative drug(included spina date seed,tuber fleeceflower stem and albizia flower),blood circulation drugs(included the root of red-rooted salvia,ligusticum wallichii and hirudo)and antipyretic detoxicate drugs(included fructus gardeniae,cortex moutan and chrysanthemum).Commonly used flavored drugs:1.Herba Epimedii,Radix Aucklandiae.2.Spina Date Seed,Tuber Fleeceflower Stem,Albizia julibrissin.3.Salviamiltiorrhiza,Ligusticum wallichii.Commonly used prescriptions are: Huangqi Shengmai Yin,Suanzaoren Decoction,Danshen Yin,Huanglian Wendan Decoction,Huangqi No.1Fang,and Huangqi No.2 Fang.Conclusion:Danggui Liuhuang Decoction is to treat night sweats,Professor Ding Shuwen will be expanded to treat arrhythmia,hypertention,and coronary heart disease.Its dialectical thinking is characterized by "dialogues",and seize the pathogenesis of Yinxu Huowang Type,clinical dialectical basis for: palpitations,sweating,chest tightness,fatigue,lack of energy,insomnia,mouth dry mouth,upset irritability,red tongue,yellow tongue coating,pulse string,thin or sink.This article combines ancient and modern literature,analyzes the experience of famous Chinese experts,and summarizes the dialectical use of Angelica Liuhuang Decoction,laying the foundation for further guidance of clinical drug use.
