Objective:Evaluating objectively the clinical efficacy and safety of modifications of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction in treating Diabetes pruritus with the syndrome of deficiency of Qi and Yin and blood heat with stagnation in collateral.Methods:Adopting experimental methods of random and control,64 eligible patients were divided into treatment group(32 cases) and the control group(32 cases), treatment group-based therapy plus oral administration Angelica Liu Huang Tang, control group was added based on the treatment Ebastine, one week a course of treatment, a total of two courses, comparing the treatment group and control group before and after treatment of skin itch symptoms and signs related to points, the clinical symptoms of diabetes medicine changes in points.Results:Both the effective rates of clinical symptoms of TCM about Diabetes and pruritus symptoms and signs, there are statistical significant differences between before and after treatment of two groups, the group comparison:the two groups before treatment, compared with the second treatment both P<0.01, significant difference, which the treatment group score decl ine was more marked.
