Clinical Observation Of Shengxue Tongbian Granule In The Treatment Of Systemic Inflammatory Reaction Syndrome With Yin Deficiency And Bowel Dryness

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of shengxue tongbian granule in the adjuvant treatment of patients,and to provide strong evidence and objective indicators for the treatment of SIRS with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Selection of the second affiliated hospital of hunan medical university intensive medicine,64 cases of patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome,Yin deficiency bowel dry permit,the patients randomly into treatment group and control group,32 cases in each group,two groups of patients in western medicine foundation treatment at the same time,the treatment group to have blood purge particles(1package at a time,2 times a day,warm boiling water,taking after breakfast and dinner)and control group with lactulose oral liquid(a 20 ml,2 times a day,early,taking after dinner),two groups for a course of treatment(10 days),Compare two groups of TCM syndrome before and after improvement and serum TNF-a,IL-8,PCT,CRP,APACHE Ⅱ score levels and two groups of TCM symptoms curative effect.Results:1.two groups of patients after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,TNF-a,IL-8,PCT,CRP,APACHE Ⅱ score than before treatment were improved significantly(P < 0.05).2.the treatment group of TCM symptoms,TNF-a,IL-8,PCT,CRP,APACHEⅡ rating score before and after treatment improved was significantly greater than the control group(P < 0.05).3.The total score of TCM syndromes after treatment was significantly lower in both groups than before treatment(P<0.05),and the total score of TCM syndromes after treatment was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).4.The curative effect of TCM syndromes and clinical comprehensive curative effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(p < 0.05).The results showed that the treatment of shengxuetongbian granule and lactulose oral liquid could improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,but the former was better than the latter.Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with systemic inflammatory reaction syndrome with Yin deficiency and intestinal dryness,compared with lactulose oral liquid,the effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and clinical comprehensive effect of the disease in the treatment group with shengxue tongbian granule was more significant,which significantly improved the prognosis of patients.
