Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of Shengxue Tongbian Granules Combined With Magnetic And Electrical Stimulation In The Treatment Of Pelvic Floor Muscle Atony Type Constipation (body Fluid And Blood Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:For confirmed patients with pelvic floor achalatonic constipation,Shengxuecongpion granule combined with electric and magnetic therapy was used,and it was compared with lactulose combined with electric and magnetic therapy group and pure use of electric and magnetic therapy group,in order to further study whether the efficacy of Xuecongpion granule combined with electric and magnetic therapy was better than that of other groups.Method:75 patients were randomly divided into treatment group,control group and blank group,with 25 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Shengxue Tongbian granules(8g twice/day)combined with electromagnetic stimulation therapy for 2 courses of treatment,the control group was treated with lactulose oral liquid(10ml twice/day)combined with electromagnetic stimulation therapy for 2 courses of treatment,the blank group was treated with electromagnetic stimulation therapy for 2 courses of treatment.Constipation symptom score,Glazer evaluation value and TCM symptom score were recorded before and after treatment.Result:There were no significant differences in Glazer assessment data,constipation symptom scores,and TCM symptom scores between groups before treatment(P>0.0 5);There were differences between groups before and after treatment(P<0.0 5),the symptoms improved after treatment;Glazer evaluated the comparison of various data,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),the control group was better than the blank group(P<0.0 5);Compared with the points of constipation symptoms,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.0 5),the control group was better than the blank group(P<0.05);Compared with the total score of TCM symptoms,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),the control group was better than the blank group,(P<0.05)。Conclusion:Shengxue Tongbian granules combined with magnetoelectric stimulation,lactulose oral liquid combined with magnetoelectric stimulation and simple magnetoelectric stimulation are effective in the treatment of pelvic floor muscle flaccid constipation,but Shengxue Tongbian granules combined with magnetoelectric stimulation can better improve the relevant values of Glazer evaluation of patients to make them normal,improve constipation-related symptoms and TCM symptom-related symptoms.This study suggests that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine combined with physiotherapy in the treatment of pelvic floor muscle achalchonia and bradycardia constipation can improve its efficacy.
