Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of Shengxue Tongbian Granules In Treating Outlet Obstruction Constipation (body Fluid And Blood Deficiency Type) Based On Defecograph

Objective: Observation of the clinical effect of Shengxue Tongbian Granule on outlet obstructive constipation(Jinxue Deficiency Type)based on defecography Methods:A total of 80 patients with outlet obstruction constipation of Tianjin Blood Deficiency type were selected from the first anorectal department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to February 2023.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral lactulose oral liquid,and the experimental group was treated with Shengxue Tongbian Granule for three weeks.Defecography was performed before and after treatment.After the course of treatment,the main symptom score of constipation,quality of life score,defecography measurement index and examination results of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were analyzed.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The score of constipation symptoms in the experimental group after treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);Compared with before treatment,the score of constipation symptoms in both the experimental group and the control group decreased after treatment(P<0.05);The quality of life scores of constipation patients in the experimental group and the control group decreased significantly after treatment compared to before treatment,with a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the quality of life score in the experimental group decreased significantly after treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);There was a statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the anal right angle and supraanal distance under the state of sitting and exertion after treatment(P<0.05);Before and after treatment,the experimental group and the control group had statistically significant differences in the number of positive cases and the diagnostic positive rate of each sign of Ⅰ° rectocele,Ⅱ° rectocele,perineal depression,and rectal mucosal prolapse(P<0.05);Before and after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the number of positive cases and the diagnostic positive rate of each sign ofⅢ°rectocele,rectal intussusception,and puborectal muscle hypertrophy(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shengxue Tongbian Granule has a better efficacy in treating patients with outlet obstruction constipation due to deficiency of fluid and blood;Through defecography,it was found that Shengxue Tongbian Granule has more advantages in improving the right angle of the anus,the superior anal distance,Ⅰ° rectocele,Ⅱ° rectocele,perineal decline,and rectal mucosal prolapse,which proves that defecography can provide an objective and effective basis for the efficacy of Shengxue Tongbian Granule in treating patients with outlet obstruction constipation due to deficiency of fluid and blood.
