| ObjectiveStudy Shengyang Yiwei decoction treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(the CAG)deficiency of spleen and stomach syndrome type of clinical curative effect and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and serum protein expression before and after protein targets,looking for the Chinese medicine dialectical treatment of the CAG objective basis.MethodsClinical research: Select the CAG of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical classification for deficiency of spleen and stomach syndrome in patients with 60 cases,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,control group given routine clinical treatment,treatment group was added with Shengyang Yiwei decoction,3 months after treatment,two groups of clinical curative effect observation.Experimental study: Collect the CAG deficiency of spleen and stomach syndrome patients serum 10 cases,before giving Shengyang Yiwei decoction serum of 10 patients with stomach soup after treatment,the health control group 10 cases,with analysis of the three groups of serum protein chip technology to find and determine the differences in protein,the chip analysis software to extract data,using AAH-CYT-G6,AAH-CYT-the G7,AAH-CYT-the G8,AAH-CYT-G9,AAH CYT-G10 data analysis software for data analysis,and David Uniprot database differences in protein analysis.Result1 、 Clinical research results show that Shengyang Yiwei decoction can obviously improve the clinical curative effect,only with the western medicine control group with significant difference(P < 0.05).Shengyang Yiwei decoction group in terms of improvement of signs and pathological integral under gastroscope is superior to western medicine control group(P < 0.05),and to improve TCM symptoms integral relieve symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(P < 0.05).2、Before the CAG spleen syndrome treatment and the health control group differences in protein identification results: an analysis of 46 differences in protein(P<0.05),increase of protein with 33,cut has 13 proteins.Differences in protein biological process mainly involves the immune response in the process of signal transduction,apoptosis,inflammation,negative control,chemotaxis,etc.3、Give Shengyang Yiwei decoction after treatment compared with before treatment differences in protein identification results: an analysis of 10 different protein points(P < 0.05),increase the protein 4,lower protein has six.Differences in protein biological process mainly involves cell chemotaxis,inflammatory response,signal transduction,cell signaling,immune response,etc.4、Combined with differences in protein analysis before and after treatment,after treatment of tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member model16(NGF R),metalloproteinases inhibitor factor 4(TIMP-4),chemokines20(CCL20)from treatment compared with healthy controls before rising tonormal;Insulin growth factor binding protein 6(IGFBP-6),chemotactic factor 4(CCL4),transforming growth factor beta 2(TGFB2)from the lower compared with healthy control group before treatment to normal.Conclusion1 、 Shengyang Yiwei decoction can effectively reduce the signs and pathological integral under gastroscope and TCM symptom score.Effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the clinical curative effect.2 、 The CAG deficiency of spleen and stomach syndrome and healthy controls the differences between the protein may be its pathogenesis related protein,external symptoms of internal material foundation,carries on the verification of the CAG weak spleen and stomach syndrome diagnosis has an important guiding role.3、Shengyang Yiwei decoction protein before and after treatment the CAG differences may be a traditional Chinese medicine treatment target for the role,improve clinical symptoms,stop relative to the further development of lesion site.But they were remained to be further verified. |
