The Clinical Research Of Wenwei Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis For Stomach Deficiency-cold Patients

Objective:Observed clinical efficacy of Wenwei Decoction to treat patients with Chronic non-atrophic gastritis for stomach deficiency-cold patients,and then to observe the clinical symptoms and changes of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms before and after treatment,discussion on the cognition and clinical application value of Wenwei Decoction in improving Chronic non-atrophic gastritis for stomach deficiency-cold patients.Methods:According to the random number table method,a total of 72 patients with Chronic non-atrophic gastritis for stomach deficiency-cold patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 36 case in each.In the treatment group,Wenwei Decoction is provided,while for the control group,the "compound bismuth aluminate particles" are offered.The two groups of patients both took six weeks as a course of treatment.According to clinical symptoms,Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms and gastroscope and pathology changes to determine the efficacy,as well as blood routine,liver and kidney function,ECG and other safety indicators,and statistical analysis to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Wenwei Decoction.Results:1.A total of 72 patients were enrolled in this research.The treatment group completed 33 cases,the control group completed 34 cases,with the drop ratio being 6.94%.2.Total efficiency:the treatment group efficiency of 84.8%,11cases of Cured,12cases of markedly effective,5cases of effective,5cases of ineffective,the control group of 73.5%,5cases of cured,8cases of markedly effective,12cases of effective,9cases of ineffective;The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Improvement of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms:The treatment group was superior to the control group,in Epigastric fullness,limbs are not warm,somach pain,diet reduced,stool loose stools,P values were<0.01,<0.01,<0.05,<0.05,<0.05,<0.05).4.Endoscopic improvement:the treatment group efficiency of 84.8%,7 cases of cured,6 cases of markedly effective,15cases of effective,5 cases of ineffective,the control group of 79.4%,2cases of Cured,2cases of markedly effective,23cases of effective,7cases of ineffective;The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Pathology improvement:the treatment group efficiency of 81.8%,5cases of cured,8cases of markedly effective,14cases of effective,6cases of ineffective,the control group of 70.6%,3cases of cured,leases of markedly effective,20cases of effective,10 cases of ineffective;The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6 Safety:During the course of treatment,all patients without adverse events,indexes of blood routine,liver and kidney function and ECG examination showed no obvious abnormalities.Conclusion:Wenwei Decoction in the treatment of Chronic non-atrophic gastritis for stomach deficiency-cold patients is better than Western medicine treatment.Chinese medicine treatment can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms and endoscopy and pathological examination,and no significant adverse reactions were found.Has a certain application prospects,in the worth of clinical promotion.
